The idea of โ€‹โ€‹the islands is really ingenious, but everything isn't really finished yet, which is also noticeable on Lebanon Island. The neighboring islands are not busy and sometimes appear neglected. As a result, the adjacent beaches are not really nice either. The menu is very small, the food is good but not outstanding. The fries are worth highlighting as they are handmade. When we visited, the service from an employee named Calvin was terrific. Pool and beach are at best mediocre compared to what you get in Dubai. The sanitary facilities are already very old. At full price and in a small group, it's certainly not a big deal. But you can definitely have fun in a larger group.

Itโ€™s a cool place to spend the day, with a nice view of Dubai. The island doesnโ€™t offer much more than a swimming pool and a beach, where itโ€™s possible to kayak. There is a restaurant but the food is extremely expensive. I suggest you to take small snacks and your own water. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The music is annoying and too loud, I found myself trying to find places away from the speakers. It is a worthy experience, in general.

The trip was exciting, but nothing special except for the boat ride to the island & a fact of knowing that you are on a man made island. The Royal Island Beach Club was the only thing you'll be thankful for they got pool, drinks & food although they are over priced.... they got indoor seating area, have a billiard table & views to enjoy...A beautiful open beach where you can go kayaking as well.

So bad ahahaha, super expensive and it looks like an abandoned hotel from the 50s with a prison commissary No towels, cheap plastic sun beds, dirty sand... what else do you need, oh yeah getting there was a big administrative pain We left within 20min of being there, didnโ€™t dare order food...

Nice,A wonderful getaway from stressful work. More or less 20minute boat ride with life jacket on, going to the island. Great place for relaxation, fun and adventure. We enjoyed kayaking and basking, and the food was amazing, we had chicken nuggets with fries. We were treated by Mr. Calvin which made our island experience more wonderful! Look for him when you visit the island. And I saw my mother land guy Ajith he treated well.

Still a work in progress - but spending a day out on The Island is a exciting alternative to the beaches on the mainland. I didn't eat or buy alcohol (you can) - but we still had a dedicated server to regularly bring us water and attend to any needs. I highly recommend everyone to take a trip out to the World Islands - seeing the satellite imagery doesn't do it justice. It is HUGE and riding in the boat while it weaves between the endless deserted islands is one of the most surreal experiences I've had in Dubai.

Instagram: @makram.radwan, Itโ€™s a joyful getaway on the coasts of Dubai in one of the most interesting projects in the world, The worldโ€™s islands! Lebanon island is the first developed island of all the rest where you can enjoy a full day by the beach, pool and some water activities. The staff there is very friendly and the atmosphere is great.

Meaningless fakeness and empty consumer excess at its finest. Expensive, but oh-so cheap. 2 things to make it better, they should detail how many coral reefs were destroyed to build this on top of them, and how many slaves died during the construction. Maybe a plaque at the entrance?

The concept of the island is nice. The island itself is small and the selection in the restaurant is limited and itโ€™s over priced Itโ€™s nice to visit and experience. The island has a lot of room for improvement especially in the facilities

Amazing place, a must visit. In the summer it's very quiet there, a nice place to relax from the buzzing city. The west World Islands are developing and you can see some big structures there. The Lebanon Island gave me a wonderful experience, amazing service by Kelvin i'm grateful for his hospitality. If you go there make sure to hop from island to island with the canoe.

We had an amazing day today at the Island. So relaxing. Very exclusive. Perfect view of Dubai. Lovely weather. Swimming in a secluded and calm sea (and freshwater pool). Sunbeds. Lovely food. Staff were excellent and very welcoming, especially Vipin who looked after us brilliantly. We will definitely come again.

Kelvin is truly an amazing employee and an asset to the island. Perfect service, on time and so patient. I was surprised he called us by our names all through making it feel the so personalized service . It's mainly a 5 star coz of his attitude and professionalism. The food at the island was so delicious. We enjoyed the Kayaking sessions as well. It's the sure destination for everyone. See yuh in two weeks.

Partying on this island sucks. We visited on New Year's Eve, paid 5100 dirhams for three, it was terrible. Not even worth 500 dirhams for three. We were very disappointed.

The World Islands (Arabic: ุฌุฒุฑ ุงู„ุนุงู„ู…; Juzur al-ฤ€lam) is an archipelago of small artificial islands constructed in the shape of a world map, located in the waters of the Persian Gulf, off the coast of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The World islands are composed mainly of sand dredged from Dubai's shallow coastal waters, and are one of several artificial island developments in Dubai. The World's developer is Nakheel Properties, and the project was originally conceived by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai. The construction was done by two Dutch (joint venture) specialist companies, Van Oord and Boskalis. The same companies also created the Palm Jumeirah.

Itโ€™s a good place to visit however the F&B is overpriced. A salad(very small) is 50 dh and they serve as well plastic cutleryโ€ฆ.for such price was a bit surprising!
