We paid 10500 AED for nothing.What kind of customer care you have. While taking the membership (cruise membership) you have too much promises , also fake promises. Now the customer care is not even responding to our mails. And our money is not refundable. We are not able to use your service also. And how can we trust this irresponsible people and go out of country ? Don’t know what kind of challenges we will face even if we get a booking for the service( which I don’t think we are going to get ) Don’t Fell in to their talkings. They have sales people who will trap you. And don’t ever accept their invitation to hotel to attend their any kind of event. If you want to attend keep your wallet at home ,otherwise your money is gone. Beware

It was the biggest mistake of my life to pay these crooks money upfront for a package. They make all these promises during their so called “presentations”. They lure you in very convincingly and making us think that its a good deal and all. I had paid 14,700 in February for cruise and lad holiday package. When the time came to actually provide the services, the customer service people proved that what their salesmen promised were all lies . Met with their CEO who promised in a meeting that they would fullfill their promises, but again he also proved once again we cannot trust them. They are disrespectful and arrogant in the way they talk to their customers. Please please please do not fall into their trap. Others who have felt the same and was cheated by them please comment.

Me and my family planned a staycation in RAK to celebrate my Father’s 62nd birthday. We messaged Holidayz In Retreat and requested their assistance to book us for 1 night. They immediately replied with different hotel options located in different emirates in UAE. We finally chose to book in BM Beach Resort in RAK. HIR sent the booking confirmation just in time before our requested date. My family had a great experience. My parents who went here as tourists really enjoyed. We thank you HIR for a hassle-free experience in booking our hotel. We are looking forward to our cruise tour this coming MAY 2022. We highly recommend HIR for doing a great job. Kudos! *UPDATE 2023* I have had many people contacting me after my review on the legitimacy of this company. I have been informed that the company is not responding on queries and even office is closed. I had good experience with them in 2019 and im sorry but please don’t take my review as an assurance on this company’s promises .. now that I am hearing bad response from many. -*UPDATE* As promised I’m updating my trip with HIR! With my experience HIR is a very professional company for what they promise. Just know that they are also a company with enough clients that they also can be busy and some delay in response. We had our cruise and our 10 night stay and it was wonderful. As alway, every trip will have some unplanned hiccups (not HIR fault) which is quite normal. Any issues even during the travel, HIR person is a just away by Whatsapp to revert and support or advise. They supported us with the city tours and advices the options with its pros and cons so we could take the best decisions. The cruise was simply superb and if you are merging your land tours and cruise together.. keep the cruise at the last part, so you can relax better. Every hotel that HIR suggested was good with greaT customer support. Except Cervara park (among the list below) I would recommend every hotel 1. Mare Hotel, Savona 2. Cervara Park Hotel, Rome 3. Hotel II Mercante di Venezia, Venice 4. Quark Due Hotel & Residence, Milan 5. Neuhaus Golf- & Strandhotel 6. Holiday Inn Paris Marne-La-Vallée My bit surprises during the trip: Just know that cruise will include everything except for drinks (alcohol or non alcoholic) which can be bought at additional. There is a small Service charge to be paid at the cruise (never included even when you book direct) Tourism tax (again not included even if you book directly at the property) HIR paid it wherever possible. The main intention of my review is to let the people know that HIR is a legit company and do not compare them to the fake companies. Justin & Arti was very very helpful in supporting and providing advices if our itinerary has some disadvantages. Thank you HIR for the memorable trip! PS: Sorry for too many photos. I just loved this trip!! ❤️❤️❤️ ———————————————————— i am a member of this company in Nov 2017, when this was known as Artstone Retreat. my review a month ago was that this was a scam and i kept checking for scam reviews. But a month ago, i went to them and they build a bit of confidence back in me. When this package (by artstone retreat) was sold to me, i was told that i can book any hotel, in 3 star rating all over the world and i can book anytime. But in June 2018, when i tried to book hotel to Georgia, they said i have to select from their partner companies and that this needs to be done 3 months in advance. They apologized for the mis-information and gave me a full board local stay for the discomfort. I met one their customer team last month to plan a cruise and i intend to use their services for the cruise later this year. As of now. they are a good and legit company, but can improve their customer service support a bit more. i was worried, but now satisfied after i went to meet them. I had family stays at RAK at Double Tree by Hilton & Accacia Hotels. Both the stays were wonderful and we love the stay and the support by HIR. Hopefully This review will be updated after i finish my cruise later this year.

Dear everyone who sees this message, please be aware. This company is a big fraud. They will not take you anywhere. They will take your money, give you initial happiness, and then disappear. After that, you will need to keep searching for them. If anyone has come across these people, kindly put the details in the comments. 200 to 500 people are trapped, so please do not buy any packages from them. usually they call you saying you won price and invite in hotel.

I have taken a package from their company fpr a family tour of Turkey (4 nights and 5 days) inclusive of Air tickets, hotel bookings and airport pick and drop in Istanbul. The package also included one days private tour of places with a tour guide. I am very happy with their services and the kind of support provided by the staff as we changed our plan couple of times. The staff is friendly and they try their best to provide excellent and comfortable services. I would surely like to recommend people to book their family trip with them because of the range of hotels and places they offer. Special thanks to Miss Fatima for assisting us even when we were in Turkey.

NEVER EVER BOOK ANY HOLIDAY PACKAGE FROM THESE GUYS!!! We took a family package for 6 about 2 years ago for a cruise holiday; they took the advance money for booking. When we provided them with the dates for travel they always responded late and with a negative answer telling us that it’s closed due to covid or it’s peak time so flights are expensive or the weather isn’t favorable for cruise travel or some other lame excuse!! And now they are not even giving us a refund but instead they have asked us to check out some other holiday package from them which is more expensive then what we initially agreed upon. I don’t know if all these so called positive reviews are real or fake because I know many people who are in the same situation as us trying to get their money back from these guys. Kindly please if they approach you with their so called packages do yourself a favour and ignore them!!

We became members in 2018 and 2019 we did our first trip on a cruise and Italy then covid came in and our next holiday was just recently In April 2022 to Georgia Tblisi all the organization was done by afra and there was lot of last minute change of destination due to some visa delays for other destination but all of that was managed wonderfully by afra. Holidayz Intreat is very trustworthy holiday provider in UAE. There customer service team is very responsive. I had great experience after taking holiday packages from this company. They provide me 1 day stay at Al Marjan Island hotel stay. I had best experience in my life. This is the best hotel in ras Al khaimah. I had taken few pictures from my mobile every thing is awesome.

Our first experience cruising ever was in July 2019 with Royal Caribbean in Italy and it was a beautiful experience. Honestly speaking we had a fabulous time. The ship, (Rhapsody of the seas) is good, the staff were pleasant, helpful and polite. The ports of call were gorgeous and embarkation/disembarkation were very smooth. The food was excellent!!!. Regarding the service and cleanliness, beyond wonderful! You will never get disappointed!

Holidayz In Retreat is what you call promises less and deliver more. The package we took the Cruise and land holiday package from them. Initially we were not convinced due to various other not so genuine options in the market. However, all our doubts were laid to rest with the cruise experience and the land holidays we availed. We had the best experience possible. We took the Cruise Mediterranean option and 2 days land holiday in Barcelona in a 4 star hotel absolutely loved it. Thank you team Holidayz In Retreat. Dear Sir/ Madam, I and my Family (Neemuchwala) had been to your resort (BM Flamingo Resort) on a weekend, 29-30 July 2021. Just wanted to let you know that it was great experience. We enjoyed a lot. We purchased a Cruise package for AED 16,000 in 2018, Due to covid situation we didn't use the package and when we approach them in 2021, they were told its already expired we went directly to the office and met Mr.venkata and explained that MS. Arathi she has promised us that the package will be extended after pandemic gets over you can use your package as it is. After all discussion, they agreed to provide the package by reducing the days and we planned for the trip this June. Recently we just visited their office the security informed from last 4 months they are having regular customers who are coming and enquiring about this Firm and without even paying the rent they left out from there. We hardly earn the money that we spent on our holidays has lost.kindly let us know if any ways we can get our money back from these fraud people.

We took a package for turkey through Holidayz in retreat for Antalya and Cappaducia. Hotels at both cities were great. In Antalya we got sea facing room with sound of water splashing the rocks making it a wonderful experience. In cappaducia i believe we got the best hotel with the best room in grand elite cave suites, our room had a sauna room plus jacuzzi tub and the view from hotel roof was simply breathtaking. Before turkey I had taken a package for Usa through Holidayz in retreat. Hopefully more to come in future

Hello, it's been a while since the pandemic, but really, the situation becoming good... I went to Philippines(my home country) for vacations twice this year (bet. December and June 2022) and no hazzle in hotel(lex hotel in cebu) booking, the staff are so attentive on my request.. I really appriciated the customer service given by Holidayz in retreat... I hope by next trip will be okay.. Thanks a lot....
