Very disappointed with the outcome. They charged more than their advertised prices and took photos of me while my eyes were covered without my permission or acknowledgment. Eyebrows are so much darker than the light brown I asked for, practically black & so much darker than my hair. Lady left to get the phone in between lashes & while one set is perfect, one set looks un tinted completely. What are the photos for?

Bad experience and too expensive experience. My eyebrows are naturally thick and dark and had a good growth. I went to these ladies to get a good shape. They recommended some herbal tinting for a better look telling that it will remain upto 6weeks (longer than other tints)🤷‍♀️ and charged 3 times of the regular Threading. Dono wat they did, but within 2 days my eyebrows were back to normal colour and shape , all the tint gone. And also had an eye and upper lid infection for next 4 days. I really regret going here. Please don't promise false things to customers just for the sake of money and don't recommend things you yourself don't know.

Usually very good, however today my eyebrows were made very very thin. When I informed the person providing the service that this was much thinner than usual, she told me it was the natural shape of my eyebrows and asked if I had ever had them done before. I would recommend telling the staff what you would like before hand, they don’t ask your preference, just lay you down and start.
