Great job to charli at zambrero for the awesome service and awesome food

Very disappointed with this. I was very excited to see a Mexican when travelling through Dubbo and got a selection of stuff. Their meat tasted very poor quality almost as though it came from a tin. Ended up wasting $50 of food as it was just not edible The staff however were great.

Just discovered this marvelous chain of restaurants. Great for light meal, Mexican style. Affordable as well.

Absolutely awful nachos. Thought I would give them one more try. Where are the rest of the fillings???? Tried to call the store with no success!! Never again! Beware pretty much my meal was nachos beef and a smattering of cheese and a tiny amount of sour cream. Nothing else!!! So annoyed I wasted money on this tonight!!!

I had the pleasure of getting Zambrero for lunch on Friday and it was an uplifting experience which made my day 1000x better. I ordered a large burrito and added corn chips and a drink, (it tasted heavenly, definitely recommend) it was ready in less than 5 minutes and the gentleman who served us was lovely and kind enough to give us two free ice cream sandwiches, which were extremely tasty!!

We had Zambrero for the first time. The food was delicious and very filling. Charli was so friendly and informative. Thanks for a great experience ⭐

The place has really gone down hill since mark (the old manager) was wrongfully discharged from his position. I used to come in here every single day as my girlfriend was a part of his team, Mark was an amazing boss and looked after the workers he had. After head office walked in and just got rid of mark on the spot my girlfriend and heaps of other workers left due to how sneaky head office had been. Since mark has gone Zambrero isn’t the place it used to be. You used to walk in and the environment and customer service was like no other. Since new management many people have said they will never go back. Same with me, I will not be giving the shop another cent of my money. Head office has made a massive mistake and hopefully they will cop what is deserved.

I used to come to this shop every single day, either by myself or with my mates and I loved the experience. The food was great and the staff were incredible. This is a testament to the incredible work of the previous manager at zambrero. He brought something to the table that not a lot of people in customer service bring. He was compassionate, understanding and really cared about his customers. He built genuine relationships with the customers, and really wanted to get to know anyone who walked through the door. As of recent times, the selfish acts and intentions of corporate management have become apparent, as seen by the disgusting replacement of him. The actions shown by higher management have made it clear that they are selfish and have no intention to make the customer experience the best it can be. Disregarding the customer, the way they replaced the previous manager, being so close to Christmas is absolutely disgusting, disregarding the struggles that this can cause to him and his family. majority of the customer base will never shop here ever again, as you took away heart of this business. I will never shop here again, and you will soon realise what a mistake you have made. Disgusting people.

Myself and many people I know use to love coming into this place not because of how well the store was presented and food but because of their old manager and how welcoming, friendly and inviting and how much he took pride in this store to ensure every single person walked out with the freshest food and the biggest smile on their face from his customer service , until I found out he was not working here anymore because he unreasonably got replaced and let go a week before this Christmas by the corporate head office. Being a local myself and seeing such a giving and caring person of the community get treated like this I can no longer support a business like this or recommend , my best wishes go out to him and his family this Christmas :(

The food here is always great; fast, fresh and affordable. Their customer service is exceptional.

Staff were friendly and the food tasted good, but don't understand why something as simple as making burrito could be done so wrong... you would think that they had never even seen a burrito, let alone been shown how to make one.

The friendliest staff and the burritos (especially chicken) are always incredible and super filling

Went in on the weekend to grab a feed during break, they were very sweet and the burrito was the best i’ve had! The chicken is the best! Love the food and the service!

Very poor customer service. The girl who attended to us was very irritable giving an expression as if we were disturbing her from her sleep. Was in a hurry to get our order done with. Very disappointed witt the service.

Just bought burrito with their store. The girl she is serving there only working for apology because of running out of their food items and atlast made my buritto like breakfast wrap and charged me the same amount. I really disappointed with their service give them chance many time but their quantity of food is always poor. Please don't shy like me if someone can't give you the food according their listed quantity dont pay them full amount Bye bye dubbo zambrero, I have not money for wasting every single dollars making so hard. I wish give them negative marking. I worked in hospitality myself but never rip people off like them. Such awful experience. I love Mexico food , but will try someone else

Today i got a bowl with two sauces and the girl charged me extra. I used to get the same bowl with two sauces and nothing extra. Can i know if two sauces are included or just one?

I felt the servers wished to put LOTS of rice and lettuce. A small helping of meat, then had to spread all other salads out over the top. Why sell separate salads when they all get combined and spread over the top? A scoop of each salad would be much more appreciated spread around one side separately, and placed on at same time as lettuce and rice. Then the meat in the middle. With sauces and condiments spread over at the end. I will not be back for another meal for fear it is served in this mixed up way.

Very strange Zambrero’s! Walked in on Sunday night to find no staff. Had to wait for a few minutes until a staff member returned to the front. No uniforms and store messy. As one who visits Zambrero often - def needs a shake up here!
