The manger Rohit of this restaurant is rude and always speak mannerless with customer. If you guys want to run your business change your manager, also he did not know how to speak with workers. Really bad experience in this restaurant because of that manager Rohit I will never go for food in this restaurant if that person still will be over-there Thanks

Excellent service. Food is always fresh, not time consuming, love the mad Mex membership that allows you to get free burritos. Big shoutout to two of the lovely workers there, Nico and Akriti. Store is well managed, wish alot of other dubbo stores were this well presented.

went to madmex for the first time in a while and was delighted with the service I was given. The 2 young people at the counter who’s names were nico and akriti put a smile on my face after wrapping me up the most lovely burritos ever made.

Came here a few weeks ago to try mad mex for the first time and the food was actually amazing and we received good customer service and the atmosphere was great I will be back for more amazing food

I tried Naked Burrito. It was absolutely delicious! However, as a vegan, I felt that the staff lacked understanding about vegan options. They seemed to confuse vegetarianism with veganism. It would be great if they could improve their knowledge and awareness about vegan choices.

I'm a massive fan of Mad Mex and this one is no different. Food is always great they have vegetarian options and I do like their deserts. This is one of my gotos if I'm driving through Dubbo.

Food was very nice. Service was amazing the atmosphere was pretty bland and dull not much going on.

Only makes half your order and doesnt do delivery, this has happened a few times. Called the shop as instructed by menu log and the staff didnt care that I hadnt got my food. Cannot recommend this place and suggest you steer clear of it.

thanks for the nachos macho! the service was great and the food was even better, i was served by a younger dude with a mullet his service and manners were awesome, and the food was divine. if i was in charge he’d be getting a raise, that level of service is unmatched at majority of ‘fast food’ restaurants food was great service was even better!

The guy who served us was great, didn't grab his name but was the best.

So so yummy!! I've had a few nice meals here, great selection of fresh food, great range of drinks and very obliging staff. The decor is great and this is a nice place to meet up with friends for a good meal. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

Biggest thanks to Dubbo mad mex ordered a meal off Menulog that never came rang the shop the lady gave me the number to them but I couldn’t get ahold of them got my mum to go into masked & order for me again & the lady said they were shut but mum explained what happened & she made it absolutely beautiful & quick & was no charge because Menulog mucked up thank you so much.

Usually get absolutely awesome and delicious food from here, however my most recent home delivery was a sad thing. I felt as if whomever put my nachos order together was not fully present in their job. Mostly nachos and not so much filling. Was still hungry when done tbh. You guys have done way better before! Definitely wasn’t worth waiting for!

Absolutely awesome cannot fault it one bit. Great atmosphere, great service and great food. Mad Mex has quickly become my favourite place to eat, hands down end of story. Great job guys 🍺

Ordered my food, they didn't have what I wanted as they promised. They then didn't communicate with each other for a discount they offered me for not having the food I wanted and over charged me at the register. They then could not offer me a refund due to a change in procedures. They however offered me free churros with an extra tub of chocolate sauce - not satisfactory. Overall an overpriced food court meal with inexperienced staff.. they did try though.

Fast service great quality and great location as you enter the mall from the parking. Went there three times this week and loved it each time - great work team!

Tasty and filling but had better. Staff were friendly but seemed a bit disorganised.

Tasty as, great service - every time I'm in there, food is served up promptly. Also, if you're feeling lazy, you can get them delivered via Menulog, and even menu items like the Quesadilla travel well and remain crispy. Can't speak for how a loaded burrito would go, tortilla might get soggy then, but nothing beats corn chips and some salsa for a working lunch.
