    Amazing service. Thank God that they were open on the 31st of December. Definitely the most hardworking company in Ireland. Did a Pre-travel PCR test at 9am and got my results at 9pm on the same day. I paid for the express service. Although a little far from city centre but you can easily catch a bus to this place. No crowd and short waiting time. Definitely recommend this place Although it looks a little dodgy because it is located in an industrial area but rest assured it is all okay. Managed to use the PCR results to fly back to my home country

    I'm surprised by the positive reviews for this business as my experience was not good overall. The most important thing - getting the covid test results back on time they got right. They have a lot of technical problems: * we had to make numerous calls to be able to book an appointment because my husband's email address was already in their system from a trip earlier this year which for some dumb reason blocked him for a second appointment - the staff suggested he create a new email address * the woman on the phone told us that you have to have an email address to make an appointment and that she could not make an appointment for him (beware if you have young children who don't have an email address as each person has to fill out an appointment request) * when they emailed my results were ready, the only way to access those results are through that email -- using their website directly to login doesn't work The woman who swabbed our throats and noses was friendly but not professional and gave incorrect advice (telling us to call the next day if we didn't have results but they would have been closed at the time she told us to call, admitting they wouldn't open the door or answer the phone, then telling us to "pop by" despite us telling her we had to drive an hour to get there). If you can find an alternative business, I would recommend avoiding Code Blue.

    Terrible aftercare, just looking for money for everything for example an additional 50 euro to send a culture to a lab ( standard for a UTI) as the day I was there it was closed which is hardly my fault, another 30eur for an additional two day perscription of antibiotics ( my own GP normally who follows HSE guidelines gives me 5 days and they would only perscribe 3 days despite my history, yet Codeblue happy to extend it by 2 days if I paid them an extra 30eur). Grand total to treat a uti would have been 150euro. I'll be sticking to my own GP in future. Also won't refer to a consultant ( should be made clearer on your Website).

    Tom and staff are all fantastic to deal with. The best facilities and equipment needed. Highly recommended Code Blue and its services.

    Lacking communication regarding change to the guaranteed result times. I booked my test weeks in advance. Leaving a day to spare for a flight, results guaranteed the night before I fly. Only when I arrive for the test am I advised the results are not guaranteed by end of next working day, leaving me in a position where I leave it to chance or book a rapid PCR with another firm. A simple email to advise of the change and I could have rebooked the test. None of the confirmation emails or reminder emails mentioned the change to the result time.

    Paid €80 for a RT-PCR on the 23rd Dec, was assured "next day results" by email during booking and while paying onsite and after getting swabbed. Checked inbox and spam folder all day and got no results. Relied on this test to travel home for Christmas, a chance that is now missed and I'm so disappointed. I emailed you about this, please give me my money back since the service I paid for was not delivered.

    Got a rapid pcr Test done on Saturday morning as I was due to fly out on the Tuesday morning. I needed to get quick results as I needed to cancel the hotel if possible. After a visit to codeblue at 12.40, I got a HSE PCR test in the DCU Glasnevin campus also, just to make sure. Got the cold blue results at 9 pm the same Saturday night at 9pm which were negative. So I was happy with that and came out of isolation for that night, and the following Sunday morning I got a text message from the HSE test saying that test was positive. There was only a 15 minute gap in between the code blue and HSE test which I received. Was extremely upset and anxious all day yesterday, after realising I could’ve infected a lot of people because of the CODEBLUE negative results which I believed where accurate. Especially my extremely vulnerable elderly father. And it wasn’t cheap either at €140 I paid. Just wanted to make people aware of this situation.

    I attended Codeblue for my ACLS course. (2-day) Brilliant resource and excellent facilities. The instructors were very helpful and provided great feedback. I found the lectures very insightful and the practical stations well executed. They had great systematic approaches and helpful mneumonics to reinforce topics. Not to mention the state of the art equipment and complimentary lunch, snacks and tea/coffee to keep us fueled. .I will certainly attend again

    Great staff, very clean and spacious. The only thing it is a bit expensive. 75 euros for the consultation. Other than that great.
