Mark provided an excellent service to me (and my running legs). Getting ready for my marathon, tightness kicked in and knee pain after. Mark was a great source of advice and resources, as well as his physio message. I felt he treated the whole body not just the tightness I was experience and it was a refreshing approach. I would be happy to recommend him to fellow runners. I will be back to Mark for his excellent service should the need arise!

Having been to several different physios for recurring back issues, I went to Mark and after a couple of sessions, I was back running and hurling again with no pain for the first time in a long time. I’ve often been treated to relieve the pain of an injury but this was the first time someone took the time to work at the root cause of why this injury was happening and what the source of it was. Mark went through my injury history from years ago and and didn’t just help me recover from my back injury but worked on lots of other minor issues that were all contributing to reduced movement and mobility, which has had a massive impact on my ability to train more regularly, at a higher intensity and all without pain or tightness that I had been putting up with for years! Everything he did, he explained the process and what was happening in a really clear way so I knew why I was doing certain exercises and what the short, medium and long term goals were so it was far easier to engage with rehab. I can’t recommend Mark highly enough for the time and effort he puts in during sessions but, on top of that, the research he does in between sessions is second to none!

I met Mark a few years ago after a local cycling event.Mark was doing the post cycle massage. Got talking with him and was very interested with what he was saying. So after I broke my collarbone, I was having lower back pain when I returned to cycling. I went to see Mark. After the first visit with him the pain in my lower back was halved. After the 4th and 5th visit the pain was totally gone. I went on to complete my goals for the year very strongly. My only regret was not seeing him sooner. I also recommend Mark to a friend and he had the same positive experience.

Had a really satisfying and informative session with Mark. As a runner, his indeth analysis and explanation of which was something that I needed. His expert knowledge enabled him to pinpoint and focus on my problem and his physio, although simple and straightforward enough was perfect for me to speed up recovery and heal just in time for my upcoming race events. Highly recommended! Ger

Just had a couple of session with Mark due to a running injury. Couldn't recommend highly enough. The sessions really focused on the whole body and looking for the source of the injury rather than just treating the injury itself. Learnt a lot and he had me up and running again within a week and a good range of exercises to keep me injury free and focus on weak areas.

I visited Mark’s clinic in order to try to sort out a recurring neck issue. I had visited physios in the past and while I had had some relief in the short term the issue was never properly resolved. Mark took a totally different approach in how he treated my neck issue, looking at it as a whole body issue rather than an issue with an isolated area. I found him extremely helpful and informative and I would highly recommend him

Highly recommend Mark. Ive been to him with 2 different injuries which he treated thoroughly. Only one session needed on both occasions with full recovery from both injuries. I've been to many sports therapists/physios over the years and he's up there as one of the best.

I had 3 prehab sessions with Mark during peak training weeks for the Dublin marathon, which helped me get to the start line feeling fresh and in PB form. I'll be back again before my next race!

I would like to thank Mark for improving the quality of my life after he dealt with a long standing foot/ ankle injury After various investigations and x-rays by other physiotherapists and doctors which could provide no solutions I contacted Hamilton Pain and Sports Injury Clinic Mark was very professional thorough and showed great empathy with regard to my injury and how debilitating such an injury can impact on your general well being On the first meeting Mark was able to locate the source of the pain and inflammation (Achilles tendon and Ankle) He worked on the problem and the next day I noticed a dramatic improvement in the condition Following an exercise program devised by Mark the weakness has grown stronger and my confidence with it I can only highly recommend Mark to help you with any physical therapy
