Happily took €50 off me and then never went ahead with the appointment as my child is a few weeks shy of 2. Customer service shocking, “no refunds” clearly more eager about lining their pockets than peoples health. AVOID

Doctor completely misdiagnosed me and refused to even listen to my symptoms. Everything he said was just incorrect. I had to see another GP elsewhere. Such a waste of money especially considering I’m a student.

Scam. Claim on their site they could send prescriptions abroad, assured me they could send to the country I was traveling to, got there, and found out they can't fill prescriptions from other EU countries. Waste of a consultation. Couldn't even get the prescription filled before I left, they told me to go pick it up and they hadn't even sent it. Won't respond to emails. Absolute waste of money, no care or service was provided.

No stars if I could. Took a deposit for my godson but failed to mention age requirements. Child is without the medical care & family is down money. Shocking service.

They got my prescription wrong. I asked for two vaccines and they only put one down. When I asked them to amend their mistake, it has already taken them 5 days. 11 emails and they still say - “let me get back to you.” I’m still waiting for them to change it. This is getting ridiculous. I will never use them again. And I recommend you don’t either.

Crazy efficient. Video consultation was super quick. Accidentally provided the address of a pharmacy that was closed for collection of my prescription. Fixed the issue and sent my prescription to the next available pharmacy within 4 minutes of contacting them.

Instructions for how to use the online service werent as clear as they should be. You just wait on their homepage until the doc sends an invite through, could be a couple mins late. If you are getting a prescription, it shows up in the 'medications' tab once you get a confirmation email. My call lasted about 2 mins, but for the price I can't complain. Good service; process just needs to be explained a bit better!

Extremely efficient service. We recently used this to organise our travel vaccinations. The website was really easy to navigate and a call was scheduled within a few days. The GP went through what we needed and had the prescription sent to our local pharmacy. Special thank you to Sarah, the medical administrator, Sarah was absolutely fantastic. She helped me with my queries and responded incredibly quickly. I really appreciated all of the help especially as it was our first time arranging these types of vaccines. Highly recommend this service.
