What a wonderful experience. Kevin and Aoife were simply brilliant guides and extremely friendly - always happy to answer questions and very informative. We can definitely recommend this as a 'to do' when visiting Dublin. Will have to go back one day to try the best bailey's cheesecake ;)

Kevin was an excellent guide! We had a great time walking, learning, and eating. Come hungry! This model of food touring was cool because you got to order at each location what you wanted and we were given recommendations too. Definitely a good time :)

We visited Dublin in April and this walking tour was a highlight of our trip. Kevin shared so much history while we walked, and we learned about beer, whiskey, food and politics. He also made recommendations of restaurants and pubs we should visit after the tour and we went to two of them and they were fantastic! The food along the tour was delicious and there was no pressure to buyā€”just recommendations of things to try at each place. This was perfect for a person with food allergies who has to choose carefully from each menu. Would definitely do it again when we return to Dublin!

WOW! What a fantastic tour! It was so much more than a food tour. Our guide, Kevin, provided a ton of information about the city's architecture, history, and local stories. Even though I've lived in Dublin and visited countless times since, I still learned so much. The food spots were fantastic and I loved how people were provided suggestions but could make decisions based on their preferences or whatever caught their eye that day too. Talk about a sustainable, interactive, and engaging way to explore the city. Thank you for a great experience!

We did this tour a few weeks ago, have been meaning to review sooner, but better late than never! This tour was probably the most authentic city tour we have ever done. It gave great insight into how it would feel to live in Dublin, both now, and in the past. Kevin was a lovely friendly guy, endlessly patient in answering all questions from the group. The food on the tour was down to earth, but superb. Overall the tour offered excellent value for money, given the length and quality of the experience. I would heartily recommend this trip, as it made our visit to Dublin. Many thanks to Kevin, we enjoyed it immensely.

This tour was so fun and informative. It was not an arduous walk at all, and the food was all great. Most importantly, Kevin was AMAZING! He was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about the food, history, and other fun facts about the city. He was hands down kindest and best tour guide we have had on our entire trip! Donā€™t miss out on his tour!!

Such a great afternoon with Kevin! We loved the idea behind this tour - where you could choose how much you wanted to eat. We saved a lot of money (and saved our stomachs, too!) and got a great variety of delicious foods from Dublin - many of which weren't on my lists of places to check out. Kevin does a great job balancing stories and history with food, and the tour was just the right amount of time. We brought our two kids (ages 8 and 11) with us, and they loved it as well. A great tour for anyone looking to get a bit off the beaten path and discover some hidden gems.

I did the Food on Foot tour as part of the Dublin Pass, and it was the best part of the Pass. Booking via email was painless, and Kevin was the guide. He did a fantastic job of telling some of Irelandā€™s history (such as the Proclamation of the Irish Republic) in between food stops, of which there were five - ā€œbreakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and dessertā€. The actual food is not covered by the tour fee, but none of it is expensive, and itā€™s entirely your choice what and how much to buy. Even though it never stopped raining the entire duration, I had a good time.

Kevin is a star! Shame we can't give him more than 5 stars. It was a great tour, with amazing food in places that are not touristy. You can see and feel Kevin loves not only traditional food, but also his city. It was such a pleasure walking around the city with him and finding all these great places with such tasty food! We are still sad because we could not book the drinks tour as it was fully booked! Remember: before you even take a bite to eat in Dublin, take Kevin's tour! He is so nice that he even recommended other restaurants for us to try in Dublin, and they proved to be fantastic! Thanks so much, Kevin!

When I decided to do the Beer Walking Tour, I hoped to not only get to know cool pubs and drink good beer, but also learn about the culture and get some more insight - in other words, I didn't want to do a tour where it's just about drinking. The tour with Kevin was exactly what we were looking for. Kevin shared so many things with us, answered countless questions and in addition he showed us cool pubs including a drink recommendation at each pub! I also think it's really cool that everyone buys their own drinks. So you could drink whatever you wanted (even if Kevin recommended something different) and it didn't become a standard pub crawl tour where it's all about drinking. Kevin's tours are more than that and I can only recommend them to everyone! Great person, with great stories and good recommendations! We will definitely be back!

Kevin and Aoife are some of the best tour guides I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. With a wealth of a knowledge about Dublin and Irish history and an absolute love of food, they make the perfect couple to guide your through the delicious foods that Dublin has to offer while offering you bits of Irish history. If you're considering this tour, I'd recommended it a 100 times over. I'll definitely be booking for the drinks tour soon.

My partner and I joined Kevin's food walking tour in mid November with little to no expectation. We were immediately welcomed by Kevin's kind face and friendly demeanor. He took us as part of a group of 12 through the Liberties and the newer parts of the city. Equal parts street food and Dublin history, Kevin took us to 5 stops. At each he provided ample recommendations and instructions on what to order, sharing his favorites and helping us maintain a sustainable eating pace. Having worked at Guinness for many years, Kevin gave us great insight into Ireland's most famous product, and frankly we learned more about Guinness from him than from their own brewery tour. With so many added recommendations for dining and touring alike, our only regret is that we didn't do this tour on our first day. It would have been the perfect welcome to Dublin and set us up to seek out even more local and authentic experiences. A heartfelt thank you to Kevin, one of our favorite tour guides ever!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Kevin has great enthusiasm, is very fun to be around, engages with everyone and knows his stuff! Besides sharing all of the spots you have to go to (did a food and a drinking tour with him on different days) heā€™s also very willing to help you in other aspects on your visit to Dublin. He is so kind and encourages people to contact him for any activity, transportation, directions, etc. that you may need throughout your visit. That is always a nice feeling when your visiting somewhere new. I also got to meet his wife at the Food Tour and she was an absolute sweetheart, she is also very helpful and looked into recommending an Indian restaurant I wanted to check out in the area. 200% recommend! Enjoy! ā—”Ģˆ

My wife and I took part in Kevinā€™s drinks tour and had an amazing time. He took us to 4 unique and different bars that really got us to experience the culture here in Dublin. I cannot recommend this enough for anyone visiting the city. Kevin also provided us a lot of great suggestions for places to eat and see that helped us plan the rest of our time in the city.

Had an absolute fantastic time with Kevin on this walking food tour. His knowledge and passion for the city of Dublin was amazing to witness and I learnt so much. His suggestions for things to do and to eat were spot on for us during our time in Dublin. Would thoroughly recommend this tour.

We did the walking food tour with Kevin on our last day in Dublin and are so glad we did! Kevinā€™s sense of humor, knowledge of Irish history/current happenings, and food recommendations made this an incredibly worthwhile experience. His recommendations extended far beyond the five tour stops with music and pubs we enjoyed for our last night! If youā€™d like casual - yet delicious - food, to learn more about the history or Ireland, and explore the city like a local might, book this tour. You will not regret the time you spend learning from Kevin!

Kevin was fabulous!! We learned so much and had some amazing food! Do this tour at the beginning of your trip and he will give you ideas for the rest of your vacation.

Street food with a side of local stories. The tour was amazing, interesting and delicious. Elina, the tour guide, was so so nice and made the experience a wonderful one. As my mother said, this was the best part of the trip; to get to feel the city and itā€™s people. Would definitely recommend if youā€™d like to get to know the today of one of Dublinā€™s neighborhoods while hearing stories from its past, all while eating tasty treats of your choice.

This tour was absolutely brilliant!! My partner, two friends and I had the most amazing time. We learnt sooo much about the food around the city. It was our first time in Dublin. We did this tour when we first arrived into the city and it really helped us learn not only about food, about the history of Dublin (food related) but also how to navigate the city. Kevin is so so passionate and he makes the tour incredibly fun. I do walking tours in all countries I visit and this was by far one of the best (as well as the drinking tour). Kevin was also so helpful when we showed him our agenda/ what we would like to do and he was able to recommend different plans/ restaurants/ pubs / activities. What an experience!! Thanks Kevin!

I wanted to take Kevin home with me! The most lovely and Irish proud man on the island. Heā€™s not just knowledgeable but gives genuine history. Youā€™ll leave as friends with the know how to get best food Ireland has to offer.

We had the best time on this walking tour, even though it rained through part of it! Our guide, Kevin, was very informative, not only about the local food, but about history and he tied it all in very well. He is also very entertaining, we were delighted with the entire tour. We especially loved that fact that he taught us about Ballymaloe Relish! It is indeed delicious and we bought some at the airport on our way out to give to friends. #BallyMaloeRelish #BallyMaloe #BallyMaloeFood, you really need to make Kevin a spokesperson! The food on the tour was so delicious and we had to purchase it but it was not very expensive at all and honestly, it was more than we could eat. If you go with a group, you could feed 4 persons on one serving and I am not exaggerating! It was all so good, we went back the next day for more. You really need to take this tour, you will get more history than a tour without the delicious food so why not?

The walking food tour of Dublin was fabulous - Dublinā€™s history came alive as we walked thru the streets and the way Kevin weaved the history of Dublin into the food we ate was wonderful - 5 stops which is plenty - on food tours u can often can feel full after a couple of stops - but this was just the right amount of food - we tasted the street food of the locals - breakfast, lunch and dinner with two stops for dessert - the baileys cheesecake was to die for !!! - highly recommend this tour - Kevinā€™s enthusiasm and sense of humour was infectious - he also had lots of recommendations for pubs, local music, restaurants and anything irish - 10/10.

Absolutely loved this tour! 10/10 would recommend. The tour guide (Kevin) offers a locals perspective to street food around old Dublin. We encountered no other tour groups while on our journey, so you know it truly was a locals perspective. Between stops you receive stories and tips for making the most of your visit to Ireland. I would recommend making this one of your first tours, because he offers so much insight on how to authentically see this country. I only wish I had more time here to visit all the recommendations Kevin made! If you are touring on a weekend, be sure to book in advance. Cheers!

I went on this tour with my son (25) while Dad did his own thing. Best choice we made! We had an EXCELLENT guide and I really wish I remembered his name (Steve?) I hadn't expected the tour to include a history lesson but was pleasantly surprised not only to gain the knowledge but to have it delivered in such an enjoyable manner. Thank you for truly making this an experience to remember!! I like how the tour allows you to make your own food choices rather than a set menu. We enjoyed a breakfast spot, a lunch spot and a couple of desserts. Definitely take the suggestion to split the food offerings with a friend! Well, maybe all except the ice cream! ;-)

What an incredible experience. Kevin did an amazing job of keeping us all engaged with the history of the area and we were gob smacked by the delicious food stops. I personally loved the fact that we were exploring a more non-touristy part of Dublin. My sister and I had to unfortunately leave after the third food stop..we hope to come back and do it again. Highly recommend.

Very nice tour with an awesome guide. We usually don't do guided tours but took a chance with this one because of the outstanding reviews and were not disappointed, the 3 hours went by very quickly. *Thank you Kevin for the great experience and the interesting conversations.

A must if you're in Dublin. Kevin is a great guide: entertaining, knowledgeable, friendly... and he knows his street food! Everything we had was delicious, he gave us tips about restaurants, pubs, music venues, everything. Highly recommended.

Great tour! Kevin gave a very good introduction at the beginning, so you could adjust to everything (what to eat, how much, where toilets are). The stops were very well chosen. From breakfast to main courses to dessert, everything was there and everything tasted delicious. We learned a lot about the city. Overall, Kevin was super friendly and we never had the feeling that we were being imposed on.

Did the 'Food on Foot' tour which was led by the convivial and very knowledgeable Kevin. Excellent tour - I'd highly recommend. Good pace visiting five venues you're unlikely to discover on your own - including Dublin's oldest fish and chip shop. Food is not included which means you can get involved when you want. Kicking off the walk from St Catherine's and straight into the Guinness grounds, Kevin was able to impart why Guinness is so important to the history of Dubin and been a major contributor to the country's economy for centuries. The brewery provided jobs for thousands of people and helped to drive economic growth in Dublin and other parts of Ireland. The walking tour finishes off in the Temple Bar area so perfect for exploring this part of town and the city centre. Excellent value for money.

We had such a great time on this tour! Kevin our guide was really knowledgeable about Dublin and gave loads of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The food was delicious at every stop too. You choose your own food but Kevin recommends a choice so it's the best of both worlds. There are some sit down stops along the way so it's not too strenuous, but the walking helps to not feel too full either. Thoroughly recommend!

We did both the Food tour and the Drinking Tour. We were so happy it exceeded our expectations. Kevin was our tour guide and all his suggestions were spot on. He is pleasant and knowledgeable. He is like having a friend in Ireland that gives you the inside tips. We highly suggest doing both tours, you wonā€™t be disappointed. There was no pressure to purchase anything. Book it !

This was a great tour. Not only did we have delicious street food but we also learnt a lot about Irish history and culture. I highly recommend doing this tour early on as Kevin gives great recommendations on hidden gems in Dublin - places to see, where to eat etc.

Kevin was awesome! He shared a lot of interesting, local facts/history/culture of the area while also taking us to delicious food spots. This tour was not only about food, but getting to know Dublin more as a whole. Kevin also was very personable and gave great recommendations, showing us street food/"day to day" spots rather than simply walking us around and showing us the most popular/expensive places. Would absolutely recommend
