Had to edit my review since it got flagged for some reason. Anyway, to keep the story short. We ordered several times from this McDonald's in Swan Center Rathmines, and every time something is missing or we receive someone else's order. Not to mentionthe state the food arrives. We tried to call and also asked for the manager who was very rude on the phone and hung up on me in the middle of conversation. I actually went with this further and sent an email to McDonald's corporate with photo evidence such as this I posted here where two meals came half done. Obviously, we don't order anymore from this McDonald's as we see from the reviews, nothing has changed. I am very disappointed with the service and food quality. I hope McDonald's will send someone to inspect this place very soon because I'm sure the way this place operates is not in their interest.

I just got delivered a Big Mac with extra hair on! It’s just unacceptable, specially when ALL the employees are suppose to wear a hear net! I’m feeling ashamed for you! And obviously when you call the restaurant, no one answer! The worst costumer service of all

I was waiting for the order just for one person 20 minutes, which is far to long for a fast food. At least my burger and fries came piping hot. Overall I would give the satisfing note for this branch.

Gave me the some of the wrong order, then the food was cold waiting for the right order then the coke was literally coloured water id to go back down again for the 3rd time. So the food was freezing in the end.

Place needs either new management or new staff. Every single time I come into this restaurant or order from an app they either get the food order wrong or leave food out. Today I spent €52.58 to feed my family as it was celebrating an occasion but yet again I have my meal missing. And sure enough they don’t answer the phone! What will it take for management to do something about this place?

Quite efficient. Tables not cleared. The security guard cleared a table for us. Most charming & helpful.

Found this McDonald’s today on our way to Dublin City Centre. Whole family was starving as we been traveling all morning. We made a large order for the six of us and sat down to await our food. We must say that we all agreed the food was excellent and the staff were great helping us with this big order. Just had to leave a review as a thanks

Worst McDonalds in Dublin. Bad management. Always have to wait ages to get your order even it you order a simple tea. It’s takes so long and then when you get it it’s half cold. Walked out without my order once again.

I approached the manager and said I'd be bringing a small group 12 children and 4 adults after seeing a movie next door in the Omniplex. He organised and reserved 3 tables and the staff had our order ready and brought to our table. Very impressed 👏 with the service and kindness shown to us at very short notice.

One of the worst Mc Donald’s in Dublin. Whatever you will order and no matters how many people are queuing, you always wait ages to get your food. Today for a simple burger and coffee I wanted 20 minutes from the moment I paid. This time at least they disintegrated mess up such a basic order, however it’s common something is missing or wrong when you pick up your order. And don’t try to complain, worst management ever, they even scream at you. No matter what time you stop by here, it’s always the same. Not sure if it’s the staff disorganisation, the poor management, the bad behaviours of people or the unapologetic kids off school, it’s such a chaotic mess in this branch.

Do not under any circumstances order food for delivery from here! Food is constantly freezing cold like it’s straight from a fridge. Today I order and 3 weeks ago, both times food came freezing cold and missing extras I payed for and also missing dips and salt/napkins. Phoned restaurant 7times no answer until they took the phone off the hook! Deliveroo can only offer a apology no refund no nothing. Order total was €20 for a burger meal, nuggets and cheese stick! This place is absolutely juuuuunk!

Very nice atmosphere. Kids friendly. They have game station for kids to keep them engaged. Order delivery was super fast.

They don't have hand sanitizer or soup for hand washing. About the food, nothing special. I have to stop going there, with same price it is possible to eat healthier.

Dirty floors, dirty tables, could do with allocating some revenue to cleaning their premises.

I have order short or not what its says on the boards like Dubble big Mack special should have 4 burgers sunrise 2 burgers or ask for sauce not with order , ever since CVid things have not been the same ,I do like McDonalds but just not good service sorry

7 staff and 2 of them singing. I ordered take away food and when I arrive home I realized that 2 of the 6 products were not there. I have 15 min walking so I couldn't do anything!

Don't order from here even if your life depends on it. Placed an order with them at 8:30pm and 10:30pm comes around and still no food delivered. Tried to contact the store only for it to ring out. Absolutely shocking service from a so called "fast-food" restaurant. Unbelievable. Just eat were more helpful than them.

Really like this McDonald's, such a shame they discontinued the 5 euro student meal. Absolutely gutted. Worth noting the mayo tastes like puke but everything else was great 👍
