Empty McDonalds at Omni,Santry...8pm on Wednesday 18 Oct. Filthy,bins overflowing,some tables still coverd in rubbish. Orderd a large Cappucino...got a large cup with a small serving. Very poor standards.

Very dirty tables and floor at 7:00pm on Wednesday before closing time. My order was booked and i was in the waiting queue. After waiting 15 min. The manager came and told me, we don't have the item that you ordered... She was asking me for another item. I was selected another item. But another item was very less quantity and not proper cooked.😕😡😡 Never expected from MacDonald... Very bad experience 😕.

I was left there waiting for around 25 minutes for my order, which was very simple: a burger, some chips, and a drink. The drink in question was the problem, the strawberry lemonade, I could overhear the staff confused as they were not trained to make it. When I finally received my order, the food was cold, and my drink was almost pure ice. I could barely even drink it without choking on an ice cube. I took out as many ice cubes as I could and tried to finish the drink, but I couldn't, it was a pure solid mass of ice when I got to the end. My drink was purely some dye mixed with huge chunks of ice. Below is a picture of the remnants of the ice and dye I had to leave

I love how there is no paper waste. All items in washable plastic. Amazing. Also staff is very polite

The food overall was good, but the salad was pretty sad. It had one tomato and 5 leaf of greens. I would have expected more. However, the food was still the tasty McDonalds as you would expect. I had the Italian chicken sandwich that is a summer special item - that was very tasty.

In a matter of two months, the Happy Meal for kids reached a whooping €6.40 ...and the chips portion halved... barely any! Good luck McDonald's in the future 👎

Bacon and cheese toastie and a coffee went from €3 to €3.50 and then to €4 this year. Looks great value .... NOT

It suppose to be a Fast Food. But should call it of Very slow food. So slow and poor service. Screen order not working. Line manager totally omissive person. Waiting in queue for more than 20 min for collection a meal. Deliveries not being attended. Order placed at 14:04. Still waiting at 14:16. Order not collected yet at 14:20. Finally collect at 14:24 but missing dips and one Burger. How awful experience. Never come back there

I went to this place today and ordered a Mcplant burger and frankly I was surprised by the poor service and the dirt on the floor and on the tables .. I will not go back there again

Long queue at the drive through so I went into order. Food took ages to arrive and the fries were cold ,staff member changed them no problem but then realised I had been given the wrong dessert this was also changed. Waiting time was too long and mix up with the order however the staff (working on Friday 28thJuly ) were polite and pleasant despite being under pressure. I was also horrified to hear the abuse they were getting from customers it was absolutely disgraceful. Yes I had to wait, my order was wrong but McDonald's should not allow their employees to be treated like that. I will never go into this branch again . The poor staff

Check your order before leaving. Missing two items from my order when I left. I'd ordered a happy meal too. The box wasnt folded right so that emptied out the chips when I gave it to my daughter. Resulting in tears. I was miles away by this point so just gave her mine. Otherwise it's the same as all other McDonald's. Soulless. Conveyor belt of food. Put in your order on a screen and wait for your number to be called. I'm getting fed up with McDonald's.

No traces anymore?? Otherwise not bad. I like that it's not too loud. The biggest problem is there's always unavailable items in the menu. I've been there few times but never was able to buy things I wanted

Extremely slow service at the drive through, the chips were tasteless, the coke was sugar free which I didn't ask for, and there was a guy who seemed completely out of it just randomly sitting at the service hatch, which the staff were fully aware of and just left sitting there being a hazard to himself and the drive through customers. A complete kip of a place, one of their worst branches.
