Sadly, I had a very disturbing experience with Rosanna. First of all, she charges double of what everyone else charges for Red vein removal. 150.00 for 15 minutes and everyone else charges half of this. What is even more disturbing, however, is it seems she intentionally treated *around the Red Veins - they are small broken capillaries on my nose, they should have been easily removed as I can see on the internet how simply such small veins are removed by other professionals. Mine are quite apparent still. To make matters so much worse, she did not ice the area beforehand, nor, offer any numbing cream. The procedure was PAINFUL, ineffective, overly priced! She told me it would be more effective than a laser and not painful - both lies. The treatment time was supposed to be for 15 minutes? I PAID 150 Euros for 15 minutes and she worked on my face for 5 excruciating and intentionally ineffective minutes. Afterwards, giving me a list of bizarre follow up care - "Calamine" lotion only? Twice a day - it turns your face WHITE! Real professionals recommend Aloe Vera, or, an antiseptic cream - my face is Red, it still hurts and I can still see the veins which Rosanna, intentionally did not remove! I am disputing the charge through my bank. She also asked me about "gun violence," in the states and made several statements to me that I found quite concerning, personally. How truly horrifying. I will never go back.

Very professional operation with an excellent varied list of treatments. Also a great range of luxury products for sale. Always easy to book in with the Rosanna Crothers app. I am always welcomed with a smile by her son Seán. I always book my diathermy treatments with Rosanna who is an expert in this field. She always receives me promptly and efficiently so I am in and out in a jiffy. I am very happy with the results of my treatments. Highly recommend
