I hate leaving bad reviews, because 8t just sounds moany... But this KFC was poor enough that I felt it worth doing. Poor customer service, mediocre food. Food was barely warm, except the beans which were piping hot. Service was shocking, they offer table service and give you a placard/tent with your table number, then proceed to just shout your order number instead. When I collected at the counter, I asked whether they normally drop the order down, I was told "Oh, yes we do, sorry." Fair enough, they acknowledged it. As we ate, people at the tables around us were literally having their tables sprayed and wiped while they were STILL EATING. As we were finishing up, I went to the counter to ask if they had any of the finger wipes... I was left standing there as they pottered around behind the counter, and one employee even came around, stood in front of me, and collected an order to drop to a table. Eventually, I asked two employees who were chatting behind the counter if I could have some help, when I asked for wipes I was handed two... Despite there being 4 people at our table. When I asked for more, I got a sigh, and another 2 wipes. Won't return, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Was there with my guests from abroad. This is the dirtiest KFC I've ever been. The fries were fried in old oil (they've had very dark yellow color), they've mixed the wrap (was insert to the wrong tote-description on tote was bbq but inside was sweet chilli), the coffee was taste like water, poor service. We've ran away hungry and angry. Avoid that KFC if u can☹️

Food is ok but a small portion for the price. The atmosphere is a bit weird. A lot youngsters have food there and some looks like gangsters.

I normally like kfc but was Very disappointed to be sold cold soggy chips. Staff seemed more determined in getting us out the door instead of serving us hot food and the portion sizes were small even tho I paid extra for the large size

Staff very nice. Food hot and quick service. There are no numbers at self ordering stations for the tables. Order number is on the actual receipt Atmosphere was ok for in town shop. Very busy.

I have to say that the employee service is good, but the food is both difficult to eat and expensive. The fried chicken is too salty, as well as the popcorn chicken. The portion size of the regular Pepsi is also quite stingy.

Spent nearly €24 on a delivery. Half the food was missing. What was there was cold and overcooked. No one answers the phone and just eat were absolutely no help. Absolutely done with KFC. Oh and there was a bone in the boneless banquet. Nearly choked on it

We were offered a bucket which had soggy and cold chicken pieces, when we told the girl at the counter she replaced 3 pieces which were a bit warm but dripping with oil and Said that's what they have. The wings were completely cold. Thankfully the cold drink was cold.😂 All.my food got wasted, I mentioned the same to Carol, who could not do anything and the manager Ignacio was not even bothered to even look at the customer. Very bad experience with wastage of money.

This KFC is fairly basic, but I like to give 5 stars to restaurants if I'm satisfied with my experience. First of all there isn't much to say. Great staff, Clean place(especially clean for a place in Dublin) and lovely food. One thing that annoyed me was the fact that you have to go to the counter to ask to use the facilities. Another, well strange thing was the toilet. When you enter the toilet, it can be quite dark. However instead of a normal light they have a dark blue one. Kind of cool but random. Anyways I would recommend eating here. It's not too big, friendly staff. Plus it's a great spot because if you choose to leave your right next to a Supermacs and close to a Circle K that has a Subway in it. If you don't want either, there are a fine selection of choices down the road on O'Connell street which is right across the bridge. Burger King, McDonalds, Eddies Rocket(some sort of diner chain) and another Burger King slightly further down. I would recommend eating here!.

The food looked very burnt but I must admit it tasted great. 4 star because they closed early upon our first visit and we had been looking forward to this.

Like all fast food restaurants, there's not much to say. You're going in here to have all different styles of chicken with sides and drinks. I know what I'm expecting when I go here and I gather everyone else does when they go into a KFC.

Decent enough place. Good staff and service. The place was busy but clean. Roof has a bit of damp on it (see pic) which could be dealt with.

It was a bit messy and the staff did not provide napkins, a tray or drink holder. It might have been possible to ask but I find that sort of thing exceptionally difficult. The screens to order from are fantastic to have.

Unfortunately this is one of the dingier establishments I have visited. The floor in many places dirty as were the tables, I hope at least the tray was clean. The food I got was barely warm at the lower end of this company's standard. The rubbish bin was overflowing despite us not being at peak times. Every now and then there were some dodgy types. On the plus side the location but that's probably nothing surprising for this chain.

Quick stop for dinner. Food was standard KFC, few issues for diners to get to the toilet and a broken window didn't add to the ambiance but satisfactory

Between o'Connell bridge & Bank of Ireland near Trinity College in Dublin City Centre, Ireland. Very helpful staff & good food & non-alcoholic drinks which is open after midnight. Near Taxi and public & private Bus pickup points.

This should have tasted like Gordon Ramsey had cooked it as I was a number of beers in. The chips were soggy and not cooked, burger was literally on its last legs as it was chicken (apparently) The wrap again was soggy and not in great shape. The person who served me and i understand this hates her job and I wouldn't blame her. But this barely passes for food and I must reiterate I'd had a number of very good beers on me.
