Extremely bad service. Nobody serving at till and waiting over 20 mins to be served. Restaurant is always filthy and poorly managed. Nobody cleaning tables, all full of other people's leftovers. Go to Burger King or Supermacs a short distance away if you want a faster service and cleanliness. This place is disgusting.

Mcdonalds is one of the best place to have good food at decent cost. For students like me it is very helpful as it provides student meal at 5 euro. Mcdonalds is helping students in a very big way by providing good cost effective food. This Mcdonalds outlet is unique as it is open 24*7. Many times after study when i am hungry at night i often visit this outlet. They are always open and i can have good food in only 5 euro. Many food places and restaurants are closed after 9 or 10 but if anyone is hungry anytime just go to this Mcdonalds they are always there with their super delicious food at affordable price 😋. Their staff is also very helpful and guides first time customers to select best meal for them. This is a must try outlet and one must go here for good food anytime. 😁

One of the McDonalds on O’Connell street. It looks small from outside but the multi-storey structure makes it to accommodate and serve number of customers. I found the order ready time is comparatively lesser here. You can get nice view of O’Connell street if you sit on the upper floor. They have washrooms also here and code for the same can be found on order receipt.

I went to MC Donald’s restaurant in O’Connell street upper, ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal with no pickles, when I got home and was about to eat it they had given me a quarter pounder and not a double, and there was pickles when I had asked for no pickles. I got very mad because I’ve paid for a double and got just a pounder and with something that I’ve asked to not have inside.

This is by far the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to! The service is extremely bad, I waited for a long time until someone cane and took my order, and waited another eternity for the order only to find out that they didn't put the number on the screen and didn't call me, so my order was just sitting therr getting cold.

Hungry and cold early in morning thought I pop in McDonald's for breakfast while I get my bearings for the city Wasn't impressed at all with their breakfast options nothing like ones in England and so much more expensive better off going into a cafe and getting a full Irish breakfast ah well

This is the most unhelpful manager I have ever come across. The customer is disabled, broken hip, titanium pin in leg, needed to use the toilet, on the second floor. This manager would not help him to the second floor, nor would she ask any members of the staff to help him to the toilet. She called him names, rude, that he was not speaking proper English. Then pretended she couldn't speak English. She took his name phone number and address. Promised he would get a call from her area manager, and a letter apologising for her not helping him. Over a month later, no call, no letter nothing. Great manager. The food was also cold, the tea served cold.

Discusting place, do not recomend to eat at this dirty place. Tables are not cleaned, there is trash everywhere.

Alot of Staff barely speak a lick of English, place is absolutely filthy , self checkouts often don't print out receipts. Slow service , queues do move far too slowly compared to other macdonalds I've been too.

Wouldn't allow me to use deal on app because several lazy staff members couldn't bring themselves to enter the details manually as my phon screen is slightly broken and can't scan code. God forbid they enter it manually which is an option unless your lazy. The deal has gone to waste and I've had to deal with several lazy staff. I only went in for a coffee. Changed my mind in order to get something else and walked out with nothing

The environment was completely messy and dirty, the completely sound manager seemed to be traveling, my order was 23 they were calling 70 and none of mine. I went to ask the guy who was delivering and he replied "oh everyone is waiting there are a lot of orders" they lost my order and only delivered it to me when I asked again, and they delivered it to me wrong.

Slow and careless staff. Delayed order for no reason. Overcooking food and forgetting items. No table service options. Restaurant itself wasn’t cleaned. I went in morning and there were fries on the floor with several tables dirty

As a fast-food chain, it should not take time much. I ordered a vegan burger but it took me like forever. They gave us a queue number but they didn’t work with that number.

I only ordered a frappe for €4:80 and I was waiting 25/30 mins. Others ordered medium sized and large meals they were served in about 7/10mins. That's evil towards me.ignorNt Dublin city weirdos..

What an absolute disgrace of a Mac Donald's.never ever been in a situation in any Mac Donald's to be Asked by the security man for my receipt to use the toilet!!! ?? Only for customers!!. Well hope none your staff ever need to us a toilet and get asked for a receipt. But anyway thanks to burger king up the road. No problems at to use there toilet . And there staff where nice and friendly. Bought a coffee on the way out as it wasn't compulsory plus the staff where very welcoming and make customers comfortable .won't be back to this Mac Donald's ever again.!!!
