One of the funnier things that I observe over the past few years is the litany of cock ups from this truly awful establishment. If I was working here or running it I’d be embarrassed and looking for a new job ASAP Positives: Stunning building and overall decor strong Good asian sauces on bar menu Good salmon dish Negatives: Atrocious meat horrible Bad food Horrible frozen burgers that are overpriced Poor quality chips Staff who never come to you Overpriced Small portions sometimes Staff who genuinely don’t care (with rare exceptions). Long waiting times even when quiet Incidents over the years Came into the bar. Asked for food. They said only restaurant is serving food and showed me its down there. No one at restaurant desk. Sat at table. No one came to me for 20 mins despite working around me loads of them. I went to them they said they’re closed a long while. I was served a rock hard over cooked burge that had to be frozen and was charged funny money for it. There’s someone in this establishment that stood over that and collects a wage. I sat down at bar table and wasn’t served for 20 Mins after asking a guy despite it being quiet and waitresses polishing glasses this was Nov 22nd 2017 at 12:30 pm and it was incredibly quiet

Cocktails were amazing, love potion was gorgeous, very sweet and the martini was very tropical and there are non alcoholic options too. Just fabulous.

We ate here on the way to see Trevor Noah #BackToAbnormalTour. Really nice modern bar with great service and lovely bar food menu. We didn't have reservations but that wasn't a problem The food was excellent, served efficiently and great value. Highly recommend

Saß zwischen Küche, Kasse, Tellerwagen, Personaleingang und Wand. Der Blick in den Raum wurde durch eine unpassende Pflanze verdeckt. Service freundlich, aber sehr langsam und wenig aufmerksam. Essen kam vor den Getränken, bei den Preisen nicht akzeptabel. Wirkte wie gewollt und nicht gekonnt. Wegen 10% discount als Hotelgast noch 2 Sterne.
