Went in for a basic manicure, was quoted 15 euro. I did not want colour. Therapists asked if I wanted clear nail varnish in passing, I said yes. I got a pedicure too same thing basic, no colour. I was charged 73 euro for clear polish and the day of the treatment my nails were chipped and falling off. Less then 1 week later it's completely chipped on both feet and hands. People from the salon very unhelpful. Wouldnt bother with the place

I went there for acrylic refills and after the second refill I got green spots under the acrylic which increased after the 3rd refill. This is really upsetting as for 40 euros for refills there should be better standards of both skills and hygiene. I was very disappointed after this happened as I was getting used to the place but I cannot go there anymore because of this issue.

I bought a voucher to gift to my girlfriend to have her nails done. As neither of us have ever had our nails done before, I was sure to research places and their prices before purchasing. I was confident based on prices listed on their website that €35 would be more than enough for basic cuticle work as that’s all my partner wanted. During her appointment, the technician seemed surprised that my partner didn’t want any varnish and replied in a dismissive / understated way “oh well we’ll just put a bit of clear varnish then” . She did not make it clear that this was infact a gel polish and would incur such a hefty price tag. Your staff should not assume the client is aware of what every treatment costs and should not have acted as if this was a basic complimentary add on. My partner had been as clear as she could about what she wanted and felt very deceived by then being charged a whopping €73 for her nails. To add insult to injury, they were terrible! Within days they had completely chipped off. We both feel duped out of our money. It is so disappointing that something that was supposed to be a nice treat for my partner later caused such stress and upset and ended up costing her money when it was supposed to be on me. She will not waste time going back to have such poorly done nails redone, I truly believe she and I should be refunded for the experience.

Lovely staff but DO NOT recommend for acrylic nails. Had my nails done here 2months ago. After 2weeks an acrylic nail came off! Couldn't believe it, as anyone who has had acyrilcs will know you need them removed after 4 weeks as they are literally bonded to your nail. Went back 10days ago for a fresh set thinking it must have been a freak incident. New technician.... Same issue - Two nails popped off after 10 days!! Obviously this salon is using cheap gel or teaching very poor technique. Very disappointing as I wanted to shop local but couldn't justify such poor work.

I have cystic fibrosis and with this my finger and toe nails are a different shape than average, I have been to 100s of salons for both things and I never ever leave happy. Amie and the girls at AP are not only brilliant but they always have make me leave feeling like I have normal nails, and the experience in the shop is brilliant all so funny like a massive family. I'd pay to just go and hang around there let alone get beauty treatments. 😍

Carly the hairdresser there is the most amazing hairdresser I have ever been too! She is a lovely person and such a talented hairdresser! She really listens to you and what you want and she really is such a pleasure to talk too and get to know! The salon its self is beautiful! The other girls are really nice and friendly! Would really recommend!
