I recently visited this nail salon and had a disappointing experience. The pricing was misleading, and I ended up paying more than I expected. The staff didn't take responsibility for the confusion and didn't offer a solution. They told me it was up to myself to realise that I was getting Shellac instead of a regular manicure which is what I had booked! How would I know it was a different treatment? I would recommend being cautious about the pricing and clarifying any doubts before getting a service here. Whilst getting my nails done, I heard multiple clients being mislead also. I am happy with my nails but not happy having paid €44 when I thought I’d be paying €23. Ridiculous.

Girls working there are super friendly. I haven't tried many places for nails but I would definitely recommend to anyone 😍😍 5 star service 👌

Setting is beautiful. Staff are all so friendly and professional. Lovely glass of prosecco while you have your nails done. The nails are really good quality and last quite long. I love this place. Amy is great!!

I'd never had a manicure before but I had such a lovely first experience with 5th Avenue (and I'd especially like to mention how amazing my technician, Sindy was!) that I definitely see myself getting more with them in the future. I can see why they have such a good rating and I can't recommend them highly enough myself

I was invited to Fifth Avenue, Wicklow Street as they showed their support for Breast Cancer Ireland this month and can’t recommend their salon highly enough. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I entered the salon, especially the lovely, considerate beautician who looked after me and made me feel so elegant as I admired what she was able to magically do with both my hands and feet. I will definitely look forward to a return visit!

great place with the best nail products, the girls at reception are nice and samantha is the best nail stylist out there! Only the internal smell is very strong, sometimes I feel dizzy because it's too strong.

I went to get my nails done yesterday. Took the 5th Avenue Pedicure + BIAB nails, I added gel nails for my feet and a manicure as well, ended up paying €145. The nail tech injured cuticles of both my hands and feet. My toe was bleeding for a long time yesterday at the salon but I still did not complain at the register as my therapist was polite and I thought accidents can happen. I requested her to please be careful and she kept doing the same with my fingernails as well. I explained to her that I have pigmentation on my skin as a brown woman, so my cuticles are darker and she can’t just sand them away. But it kept happening and I was tired. I was also late for something and didn’t notice how bad it was until later on. I’m in a lot of pain. I noticed more cuts when I came back home and now I literally can’t do anything with my hands as both my toenails and fingers are burning around the cuticle if I try to do anything. I do my nails 1/2 times every month and I’ve never faced anything so bad. This was my second time here but I’m never coming back. Nail salons need to train their staff properly on how to cater to customers of different skin tones.

I had an incredible experience at 5th Avenue Beauty Emporium Dublin / Clarendon St. /. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The salon was impeccably clean. Nada is absolutely phenomenal professional nail stylist her attention to detail and commitment to providing a luxurious, personalized experience has left me feeling pampered and relaxed. Saraana did an absolutely amazing job on my nails. Her attention to detail and painstaking precision resulted in one of THE BEST biab manicures I have ever received and I am someone who loves manicures and have been to all the top nail salons. If I could do 0 stars I would. My younger sister and her friend went to get their nails done today with a Christmas voucher for "2 girls in the city manicures". When the girls got to the shop they were given the "5th avenue manicure" and told thats what they booked and thats whats on the system. They called ahead of time to let them know that they would possibly be late but weren't and got there on time yet they were still made to wait 15 minutes once they got there. When they got there all the workers asked was for the names and booking time and sent them with their nail technicians. While yes, they were sat beside each other the nail technicians never talked to them unless it was to ask about colour. The girls were convinced that the voucher meant they would be getting acrylics done so when they were asked what size nails they wanted they didn't expect them to cut their own nails off. The salon had a very awkward ambiance yet it felt extremely crowded because everyone was stacked on top of each other like pancakes. It was very unhygienic, they shared tools, didn't sanitise any of their equipment and they make the tea on one of the tables that you get your nails done. The massage the girls got left their hands raw red and very sore. They even cut my sister while doing her cuticles. The end result was splotchey the girls are not happy, their cuticles feel very dry, their hands hurt and feel very tough and a lot of spots were either missed or streaky, on their cuticles and under their nails. When I went in after with them to give a complaint they were offered to get their nails redone which I'm thankful for but after that experience who would want to go back? There was two ladies at the front desk when I went in I asked for a manager and was told to come back tomorrow. I said I would like to give a complaint and the blonde woman at the desk was very unprofessional and kept turning it on the girls. When I said they were kids and they shouldn't be treated the way they were she said "but they didn't get a kids manicure." Which wasn't the point at all. She was honestly not great to speak with and wouldn't let me speak at all and kept speaking over me in was very unprofessional. The other lady with brown and blue hair was really nice the one to offer to get the nails redone which I still appreciate. All in all I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Not worth the price and very unprofessional in general. From looking at past low reviews it looks like the reply from the salon is going to turn it on me and say it was our fault. I went down the road with the girls to nails and made an appointment to get their nails done and it was already a better experience from those two minutes in the shop.
