Absolutely disgraceful restaurant, stay away. Untidy restaurant and looooong wait for food (and not at a too busy time). Since McD introduced the self service ordering facility, service has gone downhill fast.

Frankly speaking, its not the first place I would think about when going again for lunch or snack...we were sitting there for about an hour ...all this time nobody disinfected any tables (we cleaned ours ourselves), they mixed the burgers, and fries were all dry... however....

Food FREEZING the manager was with the glasses helpful. The place is reeking manky DIRTY. The cream seats are black with dirt. Loads of staff behind counter no floor staff. I am in this horrible kip 40 minutes now and only 5 customers. I heard manager meeting is on Saturday hope they make huge changes. Floors filthy.b

Terrible service. A staff of 6 stands and chats while you wait for your order, which no one fills. They put the wrong sauce, you order to eat here, and they give you a package. The toilet is closed, they will open it for you only if you ask, and it is very dirty. Also the hall is dirty, it was difficult to find a clean table and chairs.

You have no place to sit at the table, 7 people in the kitchen, and one person is working, looking at you, and the order you placed is not done, shame!! in the paper bathroom, written all over the place, it should be closed, because it doesn't compare to other McDonald's

Worst mc ever, food was cold and tasted awful. No ice cream, no fanta, no sauces… wait time is tooo long and there was not even many people

The worst Mc Donald’s I’ve been in life.. disgusting toilets. Slow and horrible service.. cold fries and burger. Waited for 25mins for one meal. You suck

I made the mistake of trusting this McDonald’s with putting together a simple order of a fillet of fish, some nuggets and a double cheeser. I opened the fillet of fish to find not the usual square fish patty but instead, 2 crusty fish fingers spread to look like a square. This is completely ridiculous and I am outraged.
