Got the €10 student meal deal. Everything about the meal was just terrible. For €10, I can get a meal deal in wow burger. This meal had a tasteless burger and even worse chips. Even the jalapeños tasted weird. Simply the worst meal I've eaten out in a long, long time. It nothing alien Eddie Rockets which in itself is an over priced place. Please do yourself a favour and don't waste your money on this disgusting place.

I like Rockets. I visit the one in the IFSC often. This one in Jervis is like a completely different restaurant. The portions are noticeably smaller. They also don't use the same chips. I posted a photo of this. It's 5.50 to get chips and a drink and you get a small portion of cheap chips, not the good crinkle cut they have at other locations. Also the prices seem to be higher here it's 15.50 for a combo meal which is mental considering you actually get. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

Ate in this place earlier today. Was served by what appeared to be a manager named Michelle, she wasn't very pleasant I ordered the student meal deal and asked whether I could order sweet potato fries instead she said yes, and then proceeded to charge me an extra euro for it without telling me that it's extra. The ketchup on the side was empty and the pickles jalapenos and crispy onion had to be handled by hand as there was no tools to pick them up with other than that. Highly disappointed, more by the customer service than the actual food.

Came on lunch was fairly quiet. Seated and ordered writhing minutes.Bacon big boy garlic and cheeses chips. Unlike Malahide road perfectly cooked this time. Hot dog also better as it came on a nicer bun. It’s a chain so you would expect same ingredients across the board but not in this case. Would use this location again.

I enjoyed my food. Feel as though the portion sizes leave a lot to be desired, and are smaller than eddie rockets for the same price....... Student meal is an option though. Not a fan of the queueing system for orders, they give you a device that vibrates when your order is ready. Seems a little unsanitary to me, but I'm a bit of a germaphobe. Staff were clearly extremely busy, not really their fault but I felt like I was waiting for a frustrating amount of time for my food. Since its the food court, finding a seat can be next to impossible during peak times. Pretty annoying (although not really within their control). Will probably go again.

First time trying Rockets after it’s good reputation throughout Ireland . The restaurant interior was located in a shopping mall food court , it was busy from table to table . The food was good , a classic smash burger with very similar vibes to Five Guys . The meet was very juicy and the bun was good too . I had the bacon burger meal . I wouldn’t say it is anything special , however if you are looking for a classic burger I would suggest to come . The service was good , the server was very polite and the food came out at a reasonable time . Food : 5/10 Service FOH : 7/10 Waiting times : 7/10 Restaurant environment: 7/10 Cleanliness : 6/10 Price : 4/10 Overall score : 6.5

Great food fast service and extremely friendly staff

Usually get a student meal every so often. Portion is good for me but is a little on the small side for the price. My main issue is the recent "add a tip" button on the card reader. I understand its a cost of living crisis, but you've to get your own food from the counter (no issue w this, the system works well with the buzzers). It's just a bit cheeky to me

HORRIBLE. didn’t get to taste the food as the service was just that bad. Avoid avoid. Overpriced, rude staff. I just left. UPDATE. the management pretends to be concerned but then just ignores the email. Horrible company

Honestly shocking, few months ago I ordered meal in ISFC Rockets, great portion sizes for the price. I spent 14 euro on 3oz cheese burger and cheese fries, and I cannot believe the money I spent. I got a smallest burger I’ve ever seen and the beef was literally like a slice of ham I couldn’t even notice it, it was like I just ate two pieces of bread. A McDonald’s 2 euro double cheese burger is way bigger than even their double cheese. I never make reviews but that was so bad and the quality of the food was terrible I felt I had to make this, daylight robbery, as well as student deal. Seems to be reformulated will never return.

Literally the worst burger and loaded fries I've ever had, the burger was sopping with Grease to the point where the bun was dripping and slick to grasp , the grease actually flowed from the bun along my thumb upon squeezing the bun. The fries now, the cheese tasted cheap and processed and was cold and the bacon bits were burned beyond recognition over all I would take stars away if I could save your time, money and your taste buds
