Two members of staff on both talking to me about different things - 1 was asking for my toppings etc 2 was taking payment all at the same time. This confused me as a consumer and was overwhelming. My sandwich was made wrong due to this. They were missing some sauces and salads as well.

There is no subway here, it's in the circle k instead

Dreadful. Went in to get a free birthday cookie, cashier was sitting on her phone and it seemed like I had disturbed her. To top it all off the cookie wasn’t even fresh.

Subway made half arsed, paid for each item the usually come in a deal separately and so a 7 euro meal deal was 10 euros. Cookie was missing and on top of all this I found a 50cent wrapped in with my sub. Food was cold, cheese was cold and bread not toasted. Disappointed

Tried the meatless meatball marinara, it was awful. Strange tasting vegan meat, barely any sauce. The lady serving didn’t really seem to know what I was talking about until I pointed it out and told me all breads were vegan despite one of them clearly being labelled with cheese on top. She also tried to put regular sliced cheese despite there being vegan cheese available. Don’t offer vegan options if the staff haven’t a clue.

Simply put, it's a cramped shopping nightmare. Even for a corner shop, it's been designed in such a way that an expert F-Zero player would struggle to get around it. Tight and narrow corridor of overpriced...well, everything. And then there's the Subway. How do you mess up a sandwich, let alone a Subway?! Poor service, poor staff, poor quality of end product (The Subway) If you can avoid this place, Do!!! If you can't, then you have my sympathy.

This is the worst subway in dublin. You are better off going to literally anywhere else. The service is so bad. They are so rude. I dont know what kind of idiot hires these kinds of people. I would never go there again. If you want to go to subway there are lots in O'Connell street.
