I ordered food for takeout and was very disappointed with the size of the chicken tenders, I usually go to the Eddie Rocket’s off Grafton Street and the size of the tenders are much bigger. Theses are the smallest tenders I have ever got. Plus the price went up or this Eddie rockets is more expensive then the other ones I have visited. I will not be coming back.

It was decent. Not too impressive since it's an american diner franchise with acceptable range of price but it was nice for the price we paid. We only took an ice-cream sandwiche for a late desert and didn't expect it to be made with chocolate cookie (cannot remember if it was indicated or not) but the cookie was okay-ish. The ice-cream was more like a sundae and it was tasty and refreshing. The waitress was really nice and the venue was well decorated. Not too much to say about this place, it was great for the dessert we took.

Been here a few times . Food was grand them times. But the chips we received were disgusting and I couldn't finish eating them. They also took so long in this circumstance

The food is ordinary, not tasty. A little expensive for that. But the main thing is that at the entrance a young black man pesters you with questions and then doesn’t let you in until the cashier tells him that you paid. I have never encountered such an attitude in Dublin anywhere during my week of travel.

Usually I'm a BIG fan of Eddie's but I was disappointed this time. I asked for the extraordinary fries (I think?) and I received this small dish with some cheese sauce drizzled on the fries. I also ordered a milkshake but couldn't finish it as we were rushing to a concert. I only with that there were some more vegetarian options in the light bites section

Turned up randomly on a Sunday night after a heavy day drinking in Temple Bar. Burger was divine and the gravy was better than anything KFC has on offer. Onions rings, chips and chicken tenders were also spot on. Milkshakes (chocolate and kinder bueno) were in a league of their own. To say we hadn’t booked the waitress was great and food came out quickly. Slightly pricey but we understand the location is pretty expensive and didn’t mind paying given the quality.

We went to the restaurant on Dame Street, two waitresses served us, one of them with dark hair who was nice, then the one who took our order and served us the rest of the night with more orange hair, it seemed like she didn't feel like being there. She was without any simple smile, we didn't like her service, not at all helpful. The burgers are ok, the ships are very expensive for what they are, I would change the bowl in which they are served since there is no room to even mix them. Then, cool place, you can choose a song for 20 cent from your table and with original armchairs..

The place outside seems to be cool but then when trying it is disappointing. We ordered chicken wings that were the worst chicken wings I’ve ever tried. They were just fried with few sauce on it. In addition, the service was really disappointing. The guy was not paying attention. Never going back.

I recently dined at your Dame Street location and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Firstly, I must commend the kitchen on the delicious burger; it was truly enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the onion rings. They were exceptionally hard, almost like rocks, which affected the overall dining experience. On a positive note, your waitress, Nora, provided excellent service and was attentive throughout our meal. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for another waitress which is Chinese with blondie hair , whose name I did not catch. She was both rude and appeared to be lacking in hygiene practices, as she served food while touching her hair. This behavior was concerning and detracted from the overall cleanliness of the dining experience. I believe maintaining high standards of service and hygiene is crucial for a restaurant's success. I trust that addressing these concerns will contribute to the improvement of your establishment. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.

My son and I ate here after a day of sightseeing. We were greeted with a big smile, shown to our seat and our order was taken. Our food was delicious and hot. The restaurant was so clean too. Great service and great food.
