Am a frequent customer and have enjoyed a Dunnes deli for many years. However some of the newer deli staff clearly aren’t trained or simply don’t care. Received this sandwich today and have seen dogs dinners better assembled.

Went in for bottle of water. Used self serve checkout and some blonde woman was put out that she had to put in a code. Plus when I asked for a bag because not had been restocked she said it’s 70cents. Okay… I left and then walked back in to pay for the bag and I tapped her on the back and she basically accused me of hitting her and refused to give me a bag. I told her she was the rudest employee alive. Then the lady a front register yelled at me that I was not allowed to hit anyone. Absolutely absurd situation. I’m an American tourist and try to go out of my way to be polite and have been treated so well by everyone that it is really a shock that these people get away with being so rude. I understand that people treat them bad and these are not fun jobs but they go into hyper-reaction when someone calls out their rudeness and then blame the customer. To bad Ireland people have been lovely. I will complain further about this woman because she really is outrageous and needs to find a non customer service job.

Just want to thank Trish with black hair...I didn't realise I had leaky Milk all over the shop until I was paying and it was everywhere. She was so good and laughing about it! Even ran to replace my milk soaked bread. She really was so good and professional! Thanks, Alan.

If you happen to be visiting Dublin on a short weekend and find yourself needing something from a supermarket chances are this store will have what you're looking for. On the off chance, we needed some dry shampoo and found it considering the store size. I also took a look around and was surprised it was bigger than I thought and had lots on offer including fresh meats. Dunnes really did come to the rescue.

After the riots last night, Trish gave us great guidance. I was really scared after the riots recently and she helped me through the whole experience. If anything she needs a raise. What an amazing woman

A good supermarket with a lot of fruits of higher quality! Security guards always treat people politely, even when the store is about to close! Nowadays, it is rare to see someone like him! Definitely I will come back!

Bought whiteboard markers there, charged 11.50, price tag said 5.80. First guy on the tills said "yeah you're right, you need a refund, go up to the tills at customer service" bring it up, second girl says she will do the refund n calls someone else. Woman comes along, i think the name was maybe Elsie and starts to say it's the wrong code and that it says "4s" as if I should have known?? "if it was 4s id give it to you, it's not so i can't" and looking at me and talking over me like I was an idiot. I said "but it says 5.80,how was I supposed to know?" "it says 4s!!".. Talked to me like I was an absolute idiot, shame on her and has ruined the store for someone that's gone there 2 or 3 times a week for 2 years.

It’s the third time I come to buy my breakfast and I see the way the staffs treats people who can’t speak a clear English. It’s very sad. If they don’t have patience working with customers, the staffs must work in a different job. Please, supervisors advise your team. I really think in won’t come back to Dunnes Stores.
