JUST ONE WORD: LORENA A wonderful assistant who makes my day since the first minute. I had a serious problem with my broken glasses and I was kind of sad cause my glasses were expensive, but with all the good intentions in the world, she has helped me to find a quick and very smart solution without having any obligation to do so, and she get fixed my glasses and all my day also, I am so grateful to go to that little store and find there such a good person as Lorena is. Five stars but I would put 10 if google could let me to do it. Thanks again Lorena, keep that attitude so kindness and beautiful as a human that you are.

The staff were nice and helpful. My only issue was this shop is owned by the same company that owns Oakley glasses, and I did then find the glasses €70 cheaper on the Oakley online store, so I felt slightly cheated there. But the staff were great, decent selection.

Luciano was very helpful, friendly, interested and patient in recommending and showing me the different glasses I was interested in.

I bought glasses 2 years ago, I used them a few times, a screw just removed on its own and a temple got detached. I went to the shop and they told me they don't fix glasses. Obviously a low quality glasses, despite the price I had been keen to pay

I had an amazing costumer service today with Barbara, she was really helpful and helped me find a very nice pair for my partner, even though it was near to close the shop in a Christmas Eve, she was very attentive, there were even other costumers around but she was making sure every touched item was being sanitized and clean and social distancing was being kept, which to be honest I haven’t seen that in many places. She is a great asset to you company, I’m definitely coming back again to buy a new pair for myself!

Excellent purchasing experience in the Jervis shopping centre store. Very friendly and professional staff member whom dealt with my purchases.
