Got a €23 manicure on Sunday so not worth it, all patchy, uneven and it's chipped so much. Will be sticking with my usual place from now on as manicures with her last 10 to 14 days no chipping, uneveness or patchiness

I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times but each time they let me down. From shellac nails coming out within days to eyebrow person not knowing how to do my eyebrows (the first time this has ever happened to me). There are few people who are actually good but I would honestly not recommend overall.

Alexander provided exceptional service, facilitating a last min booking and giving great advise regarding Bio gel polish option given that my nails are super weak and damaged. Her professionalism and attention to detail was above & beyond and I would certainly return and recommend.

Overall shocking service and terrible experience! I arrived at 7:30pm and asked if there was any possibility of getting shellac done. I was met with a moody response from who I assume to be the manager, who told me to return in ten minutes. (If it was that much of an issue she could have easily said no). After returning I was sat waiting for 20 minutes without anyone approaching me. The "manager" stood at the reception desk pretending I was not there. After ignoring me for 20 minutes she came to do my nails - she filed one hand extremely short and round in shape. While doing my nails she continuously looked behind her to see if anyone was waiting at the counter and with the first person to arrive at the counter, she jumped up and pawned me on to a young girl who in my opinion had zero experience. The young girl filed my nails within an inch of falling all while trying to take my shellac off. She then shaped my other hand square and left them long in length. During all of this I could over hear the "manager" give another employee a verbal warning, which in my opinion is severely unprofessional. No customer should over hear such a conversation. At this point the store was closing and I was so eager to leave. The young girl applied such little product to my nails that the colour was actually see-through! I have no picture as I removed it immediately once I returned home. I paid 30 euro to be left with see through nails - one hand with long, square nails and the other hand short, round nails. In my opinion it was the worst manicure and service I have ever experienced and I will not be returning!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Waited over an hour and was nowhere near being seen. Flagged it with the manager that people that were seated after me were being seen first and she tried to tell me people went shopping and just happened to come back in the same order as they were being served so I'll just have to wait my turn. She was very rude about it as I was the third or fourth person to bring it to her attention in 20 minutes. I've also previously seen this same person berate her staff on the floor for not using the ticketing system properly. If you can afford another 5-10 euro for threading, I'd highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I got my gel nails done with Nadina a few times now. 100% the best service so far since I have been in Ireland. She is a true professional and really very skilled. Personally I am very impressed by the cuticle work and nail design she can do. On top of all, she is a lovely lady with great character and a very bubbly personality. I highly recommend her service to anyone that wants the perfect nails for any ocassion. 5 stars +

I visited this salon a week ago and had a very bad experience. The lady doing my nails was quite rude and dismissive and wasn’t paying any attention to what I actually wanted. There was 1 variant for each color if they even had the color, so from the beginning was there not much to choose from. I started by stating that I was interested in the colors blue, pink and brown which she then replied to with “Pick later”. I had chosen gel extensions and my 2 friends got it done in another way where the nail was fitted to their finger where mine were glued on. When I proceeded to ask why she was doing mine this way she answered with “this is faster for me”. I then picked the color pink however, she left and picked blue without saying anything as she thought it looked like one of the photos I showed, put it on my nail (even though I had told her I changed my mind to pink) and when I asked to change the color she said it wasn’t possible to change once it was on the nail, which she has decided for me. I’ve attempted to call them 3 times with no answer and have sent an email days ago with no reply. Very unprofessional considering I paid 65 euro. Do not recommend.

Great service today for a BIAB refill with Nadia! Super happy with my nails. Would 10/10 recommend Nadia for your nails!
