Absolutely horrendous! My hair is over processed, so unbelievably damaged and it’s also not blended!!! My hair is yellow it actually looks much better in the picture! Avoid here at all costs. You can see how frazzled my hair is from being over processed! I am so upset and disappointed my hair looks terrible. DO NOT GO HERE!

My hairdresser seemed to be in a bad mood. She didn't greet just said I have a lot of hair and not in a joking way. She seemed annoyed the whole time and kept sighing as she was drying my hair. Another hairdresser was watching her and said "are you tired?" She said "so much." It was quite uncomfortable. However I have to say she did a good job in the end and the cut was good. Also, she didn't speak much English but I've had hairdressers who didn't speak English well before but they still managed to make me not feel like an inconvenience. The manager lady was nice though. It was a Groupon which was good value but I don't think I would repeat the experience.

I used a Groupon coupon here for colour cut and blow dry. Irma or Ira was my stylist. Found her polite and friendly and very experienced. She did a great job and I very much appreciated her attention to detail especially with the colour. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and hope to return.

I got my nails done last week and they're not done properly ! Not fully painted and the nail polish is gone in less than a week ! Also I got a facial done and can't be more disappointed... She squeezed all my spots and left me red marks all over my face for several days... My face after a week is still not great. It was really sore. I can't believe I paid for that. I don't recommend this place at all !

I got classic lashes done here, I had a groupon voucher. Really great service, all the staff are so lovely and the girl did an amazing job on my lashes! They are exactly what I asked for and I love them! Very professional salon, they insisted on a patch test before I could book an appointment. I highly recommend!❤️

They made my hair orange and patchy. It's completely fried and I only needed a touch up on the same balayage I've been getting for years so it should have been an easy job. Lastly she took a straightener to my wet hair when I asked for a curly blow dry 😭 I cannot believe a hairdresser did this, it's costing so much to fix please don't go here

Treatment done by Sylvia, highlights , toner wash , cut & blow dry. Absolutely beautiful colour and cut done really looked after my hair and the cut style made my hair look so much thicker. Great staff service really friendly and welcoming would definitely recommend!

This is my second time here for Shellac on hands, I am very happy with the result! Andra did them, she's an incredibly sweet and talented girl. Would definitely recommend.

I got a Groupon voucher for a wash, haircut and blow dry. The lady that was doing my hair seemed experienced and made sure I get the haircut I wanted. She did a fantastic job, I’ll definitely come back for another haircut in the future.

I had long hair. It's very hard to find somewhere to cut long hair as a man in Dublin. I went into Salon 14 looking at their google reviews expecting great things but they were not in the least bit friendly when I arrived. I told the hairdresser I did not want the length of my hair to change and told them I wanted the hair on the back thinned and for layers to be put in but they didnt listen to what I wanted done and would not even look at the photo I had of the hairstyle I wanted. The hairdresser scalped me and now I have to wait months to even get back to the length I was before. If you are a man with longer hair DO NOT go here, please dont make the same mistake I did. I even did the classic Irish thing and tipped them and it makes me sick I did that.

This was my second facial with Ilona and I can't recommend enough. I travelled from Cork to get my facial done here. Ilona is friendly, knowledgeable and provides excellent product advice based on your skin type without pushing you to buy anything. I paid 100euro for a terrible facial recently, no extraction and skin just felt oily after, however after salon 14 my skin feels light, cleansed and healthy. I will return again and again. Thank you
