Very disappointing service. I had an appointment for eyelash extensions for which I paid a 60e deposit for in advance. On the morning of the day I was involved in a minor crash in Athlone and was no longer in a position to make it to Dublin or the appointment. I contacted the salon at lunchtime (the appointment was at 4:15pm) to apologise and let them know what had happened and asked if it was possible to reschedule. I was contacted at 6:30pm to be told that I could rebook another appointment but that my deposit would be kept. I absolutely realise that it is my fault that I couldn't make my appointment and it is only reasonable to keep a deposit in the case of no shows, the salon has a business to run. However to keep 60e (50 percent of the treatment) when I gave them a few hours notice and it was quite unforeseeable circumstances I think is wildy excessive. To be honest I feel the retention of 60e was almost a bit hurtful. When I asked about the deposit being retained I was given an excuse that the deposits are managed by a different system and cannot be given back. I think this was a disappointing excuse, if your policy is to keep 50 percent regardless of circumstances, then own it. Also, to stress, I was not looking for my deposit back, I was looking to reschedule my appointment. So the salon has kept my 60e, but as someone who usually gets her lashes done every three weeks and was looking for a new salon closer to where I work, it has lost any future business. Maire

So first of all I would like to thank Claudine for helping me achieve the brow I wanted for my wedding. She is an excellent brow artist and it is the most relaxing treatment I ever got when it came to brows, I've been back numerous times and I still can't believe that it's so painless,magic 🪄. 5 stars However last time I inquired about a lash lift with a different staff member and I was assured that my lashes would be suitable for the lift. It's very expensive and I wasn't even told the price when booking it but that's not the issue. I was supposed to get a very soft lift as it was 5 days before my wedding and omg they came out curled and wiry like I got chemically scorched. That was a month ago and they are still stubbly and clumped together. So that's 2 stars, and definitely won't be getting a lash lift again.

My skin hasn't been this good since I came out of the womb. I've been going to Claudine King for brow lamination with Laura for a few years now but this year have been doing pre wedding skin prep with Laura too and could not be happier. They met me where I was with my skincare and identified gaps in products while considering what was already working which I liked, In previous salons I always felt they were more keen on upselling products which made me feel less confident in recommendations. This was not the case at all with Laura, no fuss, incredible knowledge and I instantly trusted her. I have found a routine that I will keep up long term and a few top up facials has me glowing. If you're in the hunt for some wedding skincare, an hour away from your phone or kids or just some well earned self care I couldn't rave about Laura more. She is also the only woman I trust with my brows!

I just walked in on a busy Saturday and was greeted by Claudine herself who very kindly fitted me in and wow … I won’t be touching my brows myself again. She did a fabulous job, so professional, kind, pleasant and an absolute master of her trade. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I will become a regular ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First of all, it took 1.5 hours to do the lash lift which was just ridiculous. Secondly, sitting that long in their chairs was painful and extremely uncomfortable for the neck and back. Most importantly, I did my lash lift and tint at this salon and within one week, my lashes were going in all directions and looking horrible. It’s been like that since I got it done. To pay €90 for that is a rip off

I left my eyebrows grow out and made an appointment here . I absolutely love the results .Claudine and her staff are very talented . The salon is warm and friendly Claudine is a consumate professional and has the best laugh in Dublin

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eyebrows! Have had my eyebrows done by all of the girls here and they are all incredible at what they do, they do an amazing job every time! I never leave disappointed.

Laura is so helpful and offers so much of her time to achieve the best look. My first time getting henna brows and it definitely would be the last thanks to this lovely girl. Enjoyed the chat really positive relaxing vibes would stay there all day. Next is the eyelashes next week and I'm so excited.
