Stayed here for 3 nights on a trip through Europe. Checkin was efficient, and the staff at the desk were friendly through my stay. The rooms are spacious and were very clean. I appreciated having a stove, microwave, fridge, etc, in the room. The bed and pillows were firmer than I prefer, though. There was no room cleaning during my stay, and I did run out of coffee and milk. The location was good, far enough away to be quiet yet close enough to be within walking distance of everywhere I needed/wanted to go.

Check in was a breeze. The staff were very helpful and always have a friendly smile. Can see they enjoy their job. We had a late night request and the nice guy in reception Jorge was more than happy to help us. The room was very tidy, clean and cosy, well equipped with what was needed. We look forward to our next stay 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had an overall good stay. The front desk staff was nice at check in. Room was clean. There was no AC but the windows open and there’s a Dyson fan to cool the room. Our room had a nice view. It was about a 12 min walk to The Temple Bar (the actual bar, not the neighborhood). There wasn’t a good place to put toiletries in the bathroom, as some other reviewers noted. We also waited at the front desk to ask for extra towels, but no one was there for 5 min. We then decided to text the number they provide for extra towels, and it took almost an hour for them to respond and bring them. Upon checkout, we were told it would cost 10 euro an hour for a later checkout. We stayed at 4 hotels across Ireland and none of the others charged for this (although one did charge 10 euro to store bags, but waived it if we left a review). This may be a Staycity thing, but just wanted to note it if people were counting on late checkout. Overall, we’d stay again at this location.

Brilliant location for exploring Dublin. We booked for October and didn't expect it to be 23 degrees! ...the room didn't have air con but it did have a Dyson fan that was brilliant and they had free tip tops (The Birmingham way of saying ice pops) in reception and this literally made my day... I even had an orange one for breakfast! The reception staff were so lovely and friendly too. The room had everything we needed and the Nespresso machine was great as well.

Lovely stay for three nights. Location was perfect, very central. Room was good, and had everything you need. Window didn’t open, but there was a good air unit in the room which was perfect, and kept the room cool on a warm day. The building was safe, as you had to scan your keycard to get in. Also the staff - they were all absolutely lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend, and I would stay again!

Brief stay-over prior to heading to the airport but it was an excellent experience. The rooms were modern and comfortable, the check-in and out were easy with the friendly staff and the location was top notch. Would recommend to anyone I know traveling to Dublin.

Good location for good price. We ordered a room with twin beds, but this place only have double beds. We got an extra set of quilt, but would a been nice to know beforehand.

Everything was perfect. Great location, rooms were very quiet, did have to shut window in early AM due to traffic noise but it is a hotel in a large city. With the window shut we didn’t hear a thing. The staff was very nice and helpful. We really loved Camila, if I owned a hotel I would want to employ her, she was excellent. Seeing her every morning was a great way to start our day. Everything we wanted to do in Dublin was walkable from here, but it was a few blocks from the really busy areas which was nice to be away from. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Such a great place to stay in Dublin! We had our baby with us for our first stay at a hotel and we cannot think of a better experience. The studio we got was extremely clean, had everything we needed, both our bed and the cot were so comfortable, and the location was great. But the highlight of our stay was really the staff - so accommodating, nothing was too much of an ask. Paulina in particular was so lovely, heating up a frozen meal for me to eat in the lounge while my baby slept in the room upstairs. Cannot recommend this place enough!
