Great location opposes national concert hall. Conference room is of good size and snacks coffee provided were of high quality. Good bar downstairs too. Great selection of beer and nice decor. Lobby area elegant and ornate.

We have stayed there two nights. Great location, walking distance everywhere. Beds most comfy ever as well as duvets we had best night sleep. Great selection for breakfast, food is fresh and tasty. We have dined both at Coburg and Terrace. Every team member we have encountered was super helpful and attentive. We will be back.

It's one of my favourite hotels in Dublin. Having stayed a few times, every experience has been excellent. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel special. Every member of staff is so helpful and the hotel is stunning. Always look forward to staying here.

Great location. Little bit of a walk to the main center but it's quiet and the walk is nice. Had an issue when checking in but the staff worked to correct it and was really pleased. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because the walls are thin. We had someone who would talk in the hallway on the phone very loudly.

This hotel is a must stay if you visit Dublin. Their service is amazing. They greet you daily with a warm welcome and great attitude. It’s close to lots of great parks and restaurants, all walkable distance. I even left valuable clothing behind after my stay was over. They held onto it for weeks and shipped it back to my house at no costs to me. I don’t think I’ll ever experience phenomenal service like that again.

Excellent location and a beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing and the hotel has such an elegance. You can easily navigate Dublin from here and yet stay in quiet area. We loved our stay and especialy enjoyed coming back to the lounge after a busy day touring Steve was so great in the bar.

Could not have asked for a better hotel. The room, location, parking, and food were all superb. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do in Dublin. What makes this hotel stand out above the rest is the service. Hands down the nicest, most accommodating staff I’ve encountered at any hotel. One of your staff members,Tyrone, is truly a gem.
