Great place to live. The management company is very responsive and Garry, the caretaker, is a very dedicated person, always in a good mood and available to help. Some of the apartments have view to the water, which it’s amazing. Management company for the Parking spaces (in 2022) is a disaster, but hopefully it’ll improve.

I stayed in one of the apartments for a little less than 2 months. Maintained well. No complaints. Overlooking the canal which is always busy with Viking tour ferries, kayaking, punting and sailing. Swans and sea gulls add to the beauty. Place well connected by bus, metro and from a short distance by tram too. Marketing can be done from very near. The siingle bedroom apartment is well insulated.

Stayed for 3 days. Quite expensive for the quality of rooms and quite far from the centre of town. Showers did not work correctly. Good view of the water.

Very homely apartment complex full with enough sunlight and the canal view which is amazing. The houses can be bit old depending on the furnishing etc, but the complex is quite nice

Great location, only a 3 minutes walk to the Docks office buildings.
