Would not go there again. Don't take me wrong, the apartments are in an excellent location. Very close to the convention centre and a walking distance from the city centre. Yet, I really don't understand the working model of the company. You basically do not meet anyone from the company. You check in in an office that you access through a unique code. You get assigned an apartment that I am not sure following the same standards or each has it's own and it is a matter of your luck which one you will end in. Ours looked different than the ones in the photos. Has basic furniture that has been well used and now starting to suffer the age. No soap in the toilet. Two rolls of toilet paper. You get the picture. There is a number that one can call in case you need to speak to someone. I called once to ask for an extra key (card) and was astonished by the rudeness. The first thing the guy said was you will be charged for this. I was not sure whether he is actually that rude, or just a language barrier! I asked for a fan in this heat wave for my little kids and was told there are not any. I had to leave one of the windows slightly opened to vent some air, only to find a trespasser inside the living room! Such a scary experience! Luckily no one was hurt. Having visited many parts of the world, this is by far my worst experience. I understand the guys on the phone have been trying to be helpful but I think there is a fundamental flaw in their way of management that needs to learn about hospitality and hotelling. Dublin is a nice city. It has many sides, many contradictions, yet you will definitely find something there that you will like.

Very disappointed with the service. Also bear in mind that the reception is not located where the apartments are and you need the keys from it. We had several issues and we had to call multiple times to have them solved. Heating didn't work in one room - first they said they fixed it and they didn't - then they brought a broken heater, which didn't do much. We had to ask for a second pair of keys three times - only promises but no delivery. Hot water would run out after two people take showers and we were 5 people. The sink had a missing filter and would spray all over you when you wash. The washing machine was leaking. Overall the apartment was okay but the upkeep wasn't up to standard.

Nice apartments with a comfortable size, fully equipped with kitchen, living room (bed sized sofa) and comfortable beds. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. The best about the apartments is the location, though. You're located right at the city centre within a walking distance to most attractions.

They have a really inconvenient checkin system (only after 4pm) and you can’t leave your luggage before checkin nor after checkout. Therefore we had to pay twice for a few hours of left luggage somewhere else a bit far away. They do not have a reception desk, everything is automatic. The apartment was ok but it should be cleaner, the bathrooms are extremely basic, mattresses are not comfortable. We would not recommend staying here.

Apartment was OK - but procedures to get the key and return are near disaster. No support from staff everything awkward from getting the key to return. I was return key to one from staff member and received phone call that they missing the key and i have to pay 60 euro penalty!!!. I was force to find that person in Dublin, basically chasing him over the City to contact with head office and confirm that key was return to him personally (which take me 2 hours)... All by myself - hassle hassle hassle. There is no contact with any person, all over the phone with little support... Check in 4 pm return 11 am. That company should invest in some administration procedures and try to make all easy and hassle free.

Superb!! We were a group of 5 attending a concert in the 3arena. We were assigned a two bedroomed apartment which was a 3 minute walk to the 3arena!! Apartment was spacious, immaculate and had everything needed for self catering if required. A tray of sachets of coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits was very welcome. As were the toiletries in both bathrooms. Plenty of big bath towels supplied. Wifi perfect. Would highly recommend. We will be back for sure. Many thanks.

Wouldn’t be the first choice to stay there again. Yes the place is decent and it’s a good location but the apartment we were staying in which was block 8 apartment 2, didn’t have any hot water, we looked at the instructions on how to turn it on, but the instructions were confusing first of all, and then when we found what possibly could turn the hot water on, it was broke I want to say, because I pressed all the buttons and the screen wasn’t even turning on, and the water didn’t turn on either. Also the electric hob wasn’t working at all either, waited over an hour to get warm water to have some noodles. Yes could of done it with a kettle but not the point. The place is definitely overpriced for what you get.
