Going through the application to lease an apartment, I was asked to supply a bank statement showing my monthly income (which seems understandable). After giving out this information I was told that I need to give 3 month of bank statements "to assess the net disposable income after normal monthly living expenses have been taken into account". Next step would probably have been my medical record.

Appartment is really good, completely with furnitures, all accessories for living is available and working.

The absolute best apartments to live in for Dublin! The concierge here is amazing (especially Unni)! The amenities are great, the apartment complex is constantly putting on events for residents, there’s a legit gym/movie room/chef kitchen/office spaces/etc. Best of all, they’re even dog friendly! We’ve loved our 2 years here so far 💙💙
