Out of all the apartments we looked at in the area, Cotton Wood apartments had the best customer service. Our leasing agent was amazing! I emailed a lot of questions, and I received thoughtful responses so quickly. All the staff has been wonderfully pleasant. We moved into a renovated unit, and the floors, appliances, countertops, and cabinetry all look great. Our Nest wasn't working, and someone was here the next day to install a temporary one until our ours can be replaced. We have only been here a few days, so I can't really comment too much on living in the area. The community seems pretty quiet so far, and there are a few nice walking/biking trails nearby.

I visited the Apartment Office for a complaint. Princess Langford empathized with my situation and helped me wholeheartedly. Not only did she explain the issues I had, but she also ensured I left her office with a smile and pieces of advice. She is very honest, helpful, and deeply knowledgeable about her job. She empathizes with tenants and is always asking “How can we help you?" "I understand how it is with the economy these days.” What more would you want in a sympathetic manager? Princess is the epitome and embodiment of excellent customer service and very dependable in her business. I can say so many good things about this compassionate lady. A light bulb was out over the bathroom vanity. To my surprise, all four were changed to a brighter much more appealing set of bulbs. Hoping they're energy efficient. Thank you.

Kirby has excellent customer service, he has been prompt and consistent since I moved here two years ago. Update: the response with the service request has been excellent lately. Our leasing agent, Cheyenne was absolutely fabulous! She was extremely efficient and an moved effectively to get us approved.
