This location is a little different from the other locations that I have been to. In the area for labs there is no person to check in but only a computer. This is OK to me but I guess if someone has questions there really isn’t a person that they can ask until they are called back to one of the stations. There also doesn’t seem to be much privacy as the door is open and if there are people at the first few stations directly at the door entrance, anyone walking by can see what is being done. It may not be a big deal to a lot of people, but I think for privacy it would be a courteous thing for those patients. Aside from that this is a really beautiful new building which is only five minutes away from where I live. It’s very clean and tastefully decorated. They definitely have ample parking, which is a plus because most Kaiser locations can fill up pretty quickly.

Modern facility, attentive staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking for disabled and able bodied patients. Peet's coffee is on site. Open for daylight hours. Shopping center down the road for more food variety. Easy access from highways (580 and 680).

The Orthopedics Department was amazing. They took x-rays right there before my appointment & they were ready immediately for my nurse practitioner to review & show me. My nurse practitioner was wonderful & explained everything to me. She also got right back to me on any questions that I had.

Seen in Urgent Care expeditiously. ER physician exam and advice were excellent. Staff in both Urgent Care and Imaging Departments friendly and helpful. Never felt rushed.

Completed a CT scan on a Saturday. I was dreading it for a number of reasons but the technician Kam was very helpful and helped me process my anxiety about it. I left feeling relieved once it was over. He had to stick me twice because my veins are small and roll. If someone can stick me under five times I'm happy because my veins are a nightmare to deal with and it's not the technician's fault either. He was very friendly, professional, and reassuring. Would recommend using Kaiser CT department at this location. Ask for Kam he's pretty straightforward about the process which will put you at ease. Also had an ultrasound done by a separate technician a few days after the CT scan, although I can't recall her name. She was very helpful as well as warm and welcoming and explained the procedure thoroughly. Great service from both techs!

They won’t let you schedule an appointment for a vaccine. They only take walk-ins. Online it says the walk-in clinic is open until 6:30, but apparently you need to be there before 5:30 or they will likely turn you away. Which if that is the policy, it should also say that online. A very inconvenient way to operate for anyone who works a 9-to-5 schedule. It’s also not possible to get anyone on the phone for this location. Just an endlessly frustrating menu of options.

It feels like it takes time to sort out the right medication for inflammatory arthritis. It’s been a years journey and still not back to where I was. We appear to be taking a graded approach which is fine. Feels like there is a plan which is a good thing, But it’s not an immediate fix of the mobility issues. If you are diagnosed this way, maybe it should be laid out as here are the 4 to 5 path ways we try to return you to functionality. It may take longer than a year to find the combination that works.
