Absolutely shocking place myself and my friend went last night to get hair pieces clipped in the guy had no idea what he was going after saying numerous times my hair piece could not be curled he continued on doing it and ruined it and singed one side of it my friend was also told they could not put her pony piece In as they “didn’t know how to do it” she was told. We ended up walking out even asked one of the girls for help and she was throwing looks saying she didn’t know what I was saying avoided at all costs

Great salon that makes you feel relaxed and welcome. Great stylists & fantastic prices. Lovely sense of community when u walk in, they remember everyone's name. Though I've moved away, I still come back. Staff really nice and can't do enough for you. Highly recommended!! Love my hair !!

I have been going to this Salon for about 3 years now and always leave feeling like a new woman. Micheal does my hair every time and always nails it I get a scalp bleach which is not easy at all to get right but he always manages to get it perfect. All the staff are lovely and so welcoming highly recommend.

I went for a curly blow dry, appointment was meant to be 45 mins, an hour and 15 mins later and I was finally leaving, I'm home 5 mins and my hair has already fallen out, it was falling before it was even finished. I asked for loads of hairspray hoping it might help, she barely spritzed it. I have naturally curly hair it takes a blow dry so easy, so it's some feat to do this so badly. They knew when I was leaving it was bad, still charged me full price and never said a word. Lesson learned, never again.

These guys came to my rescue last Saturday morning after being let down very badly by another hairdresser. I was attending a wedding & needed an upstyle . The guy behind reception could not have been nicer, he listened & managed to get me sorted almost immediately. I am so grateful to them & the lovely Sophie who did such a fabulous job. I highly recommend Sophie Li Hair Design, fantastic, busy bunch of workers !!!

Recommend highly. With Sophie Li and Ryan last week. They did a terrific job.i will be returning very soon. Have had bad health recently and had to change appointments. This is not a problem for them as they seem to understand the situation. So hopefully will see Ryan there tomorrow. Thank you.
