Absolute rip-off, and hole of a place to live in Dublin City Centre, thanks to the disrespectful neighbours that party into the hours of the morning, 7 DAYS A WEEK. Expensive rental units in a poorly managed set of buildings. Management has gotten slightly better over the last few months though. For awhile, the front door on one of the buildings was broken for almost 2 months. Felt bad for the neighbours in there. All the units are numbered poorly and building numbers are hidden on some buildings. That, and security alarms went off constantly for months (finally fixed!). For hours on end you'd have fire alarms or parking garage alarms of some sort going off. Out of 100+ apartments, there are 3-4 different units with the *exact* same number. β€” For Example: If you're APT 1, there are 4 other buildings with an APT 1 and the building numbers aren't all displayed clearly on each building. Why is this important? The chances you'll receive correct parcels or post is slim. Your neighbours are most likely to sign for, and keep your parcels. Beware! β€” On the plus side, it's a gated complex in an otherwise crappy area of the city. On the bad side, there's a gang of drug dealers just outside the fence who sometimes throw stones and bottles at passers-by. Behind the complex on Railway street, there was a car set on fire recently. Home sweet home. Often, there are students partying (even on Sunday/weeknights). This can go on until 5am sometimes. Most nights, it goes until 1am at least (yes, 7 nights a week). Some people decide to renovate their apartment with power tools late at night too. Luckily, Security on-site has improved in the last 6 months. This has helped curb these renovations down in the past few months. But it has NOT stopped the partying / disrespectful neighbours who consistently let their children shriek and shout at each other until 2am. β€”β€”But hey, if you're cool spending 80% of your net income to live in a place like this, just so you'll be close enough to be able to commute to work, and even closer to a mental breakdown, then this place is for you!

Good building complex. It is just in the city Centre, near all the shops , cafe and supermarket. However, very expensive apartments, the cleanliness is not good, the hallway smells and the gardening not in a good condition. It is very noisy over the summer with parties. This place is fine if you wanna have a place in the heart of the city and walk everywhere. I think you can get a better place to live in the south side of the city paying the same money.

That really was the best room we had while in or just out side of Dublin. Great views of the harbor, you really get to see the tide come and go.

A nightmare. The whole structure was falling apart (it was literally raining inside my apartment) and no support for solving any issue.
