Under the strictest of gastronomic requirements on food, this is the only Japanese restaurant that I can choose in Ohio. The sashimi quality will never make me disappointment. High-end sushi valued the time I wait.

Outstanding restaurant! Incredible food and very friendly service. Don't expect incredibly fast service but do expect the food to be absolutely on point and great service.

I like the atmosphere here - very quiet, open floor plan, and nice decor. I also like how they are truly a Japanese restaurant. The menu is basic - either sushi, or some other Japanese entree - so you aren't overwhelmed by decisions. The entree portion sizes are nice, and flavor decent. My son really enjoyed the chashu ramen.

My favorite Japanese restaurant in Central Ohio. Great sushi and tonkatsu! Highly recommend if you are looking for high quality Japanese cuisine.

Nice place inside, rolls were good. I ordered a Ahi tuna and Godzilla roll which was around $14 each. Seaweed salad was also around $6. Over all meal was good. I would go back and try other rolls.

This is one of my daughter's favorite restaurants for sushi, so we visit almost every time she is back from college. The only thing I wish is that the waiters would wear masks when taking orders at the tables, for their own and customers' health sake during the flu season. I could feel a spit on my upper lip when talking to the waiter dining there last week

This is one of my absolute favorite places to eat. The food is very reasonably priced and is always consistently delicious. I've never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend if you've never had it to give it a try!

Excellent sushi for price in Columbus Ohio! Been eating sushi here for the past 2 years and keep coming back. Don’t let the name dissuade you!

I haved lived in San Diego for most of my life and had sushi in the Clairmont Mesa area of SD. Any Asian food, I compare to the restaurants there. This is as delicious as the restaurants there! The food is equisite! I have tried many of their dishes and everyone of them is top knotched! Please give it a try! You won't be disappointed!

The service was great! He only came by to refill our beverages and to check I'd anything else was needed. We were able to enjoy our meal in privacy and enjoy each other's company. I will definitely be returning.

I had Gyoza and Salmon Ikura bowl. Not bad but sushi rice lacked flavor. Sushi vinegar should be a combination of rice vinegar and sugar but didn’t seem to have enough sugar in it. Gyoza was pretty good. Salmon and Ikura bowl just didn’t have much salmon and Ikura. If you pay that much, the bowl should be covered with salmon and Ikura. Like lots of people said it’s too pricey.

High quality Japanese, you get what you pay for here. Everything was wonderfully good. They have Sapporo on tap.

Fantastic customer service. They were so helpful and kind when I was buying a gift card for my niece. It is her favorite place to get sushi!

Incredibly overpriced and sub standard sushi. The rice was poorly seasoned (too sharply acidic... I suspect white wine vinegar not rice wine vinegar) and warm. Sushi is a dish first and foremost about the rice. (The owners know this is not a top quality polished sushi rice they are using also, but perhaps that's dicing things too finely. The glaring issues here are more obvious to more people without a detailed knowledge of Japanese cuisine.) The main issues here e quality and value. I ordered tekka don and received 5 slices of tuna so thin you could see the rice through them on a small dish of rice... A very small dish suitable for an appetizer or perhaps lunch portion. Five small slices of maguro for $25?! The California roll was poorly made and avocado had brown spots... There was nothing here to like. A $44 bill for that dish and a poorly constructed handroll... Unacceptable and very over priced. (my reference point is Manhattan sushi restaurants... No one expects sushi to be cheap, but this is exploitative and let me stress again... Quality was below average.) Avoid.

This is the most tasteful, authentic sushi I have ever had! I never thought I’d find a spot I like more than Akai Hana but this is definitely it. I ordered the miso soup, shrimp fried rice, volcano roll, shrimp tempura roll, crunchy tuna roll and the lobster roll. We did wait about 20 minutes for our food and it was worth the wait. I will be coming back very soon!

Absolutely phenomenal sushi. You do typically wait 15-30 minutes past your pickup time, but it is worth the wait. I took family that had never had sushi before and they were blown away. They have a very creative menu with something everyone will like. Even my picky 4 year old enjoyed their rice and noodle entrees.
