Stopped by for a quick bite at Wendy's flagship restaurant. Great location, clean and completely empty inside, but long drive thru lines. I always wondering why people wait in very long drive thru lines, then eat inside a car, when inside is not crowded :). Ordered two burgers, but unfortunately one came out cold. 4 stars.

Went to the drive-through ordered chicken nuggets they were old and stale so I went in the inside and this lady was very rude slam the bag in the trash had an attitude the whole time need better service food is never fresh

Food quality is terrible! I like Wendy's and fully understand that you're not always going to get the same quality across all locations. I mean, it's fast food. You're paying for the convenience. At the same time, I do expect a restaurant to serve food that meets minimal standards. This location is terrible in that regard. Out of the last 2-3 times I made the mistake of stopping by, I received burgers that were cold with dried out buns, and a slimy mix of mayo/ketchup/mystery sauce smooshed inside, outside and all over. Took two test bites before throwing it away. Preparation was so terrible I wondered if the food had been tampered with. Service is generally okay, but the food is awful! Ironic that this location is right across the street from the corporate headquarters. I highly recommend avoiding this place. It's worth the drive to find another location.

Best Wendy's i have ever been to. The history of the franchise was a nice touch.

This is the "Flagship" Wendy's located directly across the street from Wendy's corporate headquarters in Dublin, Ohio, and it lived up to the expectations. The restaurant was clean, very large, and featured a unique historical area, preserving some of the original "1st Wendy's" items for display. Perhaps more importantly to this review, the food was fantastic, ready to go when we pulled through the drive through, and the order was 100% correct.

Went through the drive-thru and used my reward points for a free Baconator. I informed the cashier that I was using my rewards so they scanned my phone, took my card, gave me my food and my card, and I left. Checked my card after and they charged me full price. Checked my bag and they gave me the wrong food. Tried contacting customer service and sat on hold for 30 minutes. Called three different numbers for Wendy’s customers and wasn’t able to get any assistance. Tried calling the store four times over the next hour and was told by a robot that no one was available and to try again later. Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant.

On a trip to see friends in Columbus and stopped here for breakfast. I have been on the fence about Wendy's breakfast menu; I no longer am. Simply amazing food. What an awesome place! Excellent service from a friendly staff. Really enjoyed walking around the history room, seeing all the pictures, and learning the story of Wendy's.

This is perhaps the worst location - once considered the best. I have learned that the app specials aren't worth it because if there is a problem, you won't get your money back. This morning I stopped by because I found out that we were out of coffee at home, so I went ahead and ordered breakfast. Got to the pickup window and the associate coughed a deep, pleghmy cough into her hand and then reached for my money. Yeah, I don't think so on any given day, let alone with covid still around. What is it with Wendys and hand hygiene issues? It's at multiple locations, whether picking noses, making food without gloves, whatever. The food isn't bad but consistent hygiene issues, as well as dirty kitchens observed from the counter, has caused me to only visit Wendys once in a very great while. And use cash so you can decline the food because of a serious hygiene issue and still keep your money.

Probably the best Wendy’s I have ever visited nationwide! Clean restaurant, friendly staff - they have self-order kiosks in this store as well. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich for a BOGO for $1. The fried chicken was good and spicy and I was able to customize the vegetable (more lettuce, add onions, etc). Parking and drive-thru lane available.

*Updated* I removed a star from my original rating. I was told by corporate customer service that the management of this particular location would reach out to me for a refund. That never happened. So they do not honor the quality promise of their food and apparently do not take any recommendation from corporate customer service. Big disappointment! Staff was friendly enough. But my burger was horrible. I got a baconator combo. So for 10 bucks I was expecting a juicy fresh burger. I got a dry burger on a dry bun with barely any condiments. Very disappointing. Fries were at least fresh and hot. I thought maybe since it was next to their corporate office it would be better.

Due to inflation both last year and this year I can no longer afford the prices here. The workers in the restaurant are always helpful and give good service, but until prices come down significantly I will not be returning. Hopefully those at the upper corporate level can find a solution to the overly inflated prices.

Went through yhe drive thru. Paid and was asked to park because they were waiting on nuggets. I waited 20 min then went inside. The guy that took my order kept walking past until eventually a girl from the back came up and asked me what I was waiting for and she put together my order while the guy walked around aimlessly. Never again

My burgers bun was very hard like it was old, really???!!!! The Wendys headquarters are right next to this location, you would think they’d do a better job and have the best quality. Both my burgers were trash, don’t waste your time and money here.

It's worth a stop if in the area. Pretty much a normal Wendy's with a separate room with some display boards containing Wendy's history. Cool Dave Thomas statue out front. Other than that, food is typical Wendy's from what I could tell, but everything was good.

The prettiest Wendy’s I have been to. Surprisingly, there is a museum on Wendy’s history. The dining room was well decorated and clean. The service was friendly and fast.

Ordered a burger and fries. The fries are great, but the burger was not cooked fresh. It's dry and tastes like it was cooked and sat for over an hour as it is hard and ubchewable. I called this location hoping to have the burger replaced, but as I began to explain I was hung up on. I called back and "Christina" answered and said she was the manager. I explained the state of the burger I received and didn't even get an apology. At that point I didn't even want it replaced. I was told the burgers are cooked fresh when ordered. That is a lie because the piece of cheese on it did not even begin to melt. And I drove all the way home before I opened the burger in my kitchen, maybe 8 minutes away. "Christina" got an attitude when I asked again if they are cooked when ordered. Similar quality issues the last several times at this location. I won't be back to this location. Dave would roll over in his grave.

With the modern touch-screen receiving our orders, the bright & open interior, and little to no wait time for the food's arrival -- everything seemed frictionless & convenient. The burgers tasted like any other Wendy's location, although a bit hotter as we chose to dine-in.

Really fancy location probably because it is right down the street from one of their corporate facilities. Food and service were what you'd expect from a Wendy's so good.

This is their flagship location but the staff makes if feel like any other location. They are trying hard to fix the vibe there, maybe to hard. Everyone seems stressed. Wait times are alittle long. Food is good most of the time and the place is always clean. I hope they get the coaching and the staffing they need to make it the flagship location again.

Well staffed for the lunch hour, which was very nice to see. They had 10 orders on the to go screen alone when I arrived, but I'm was on my way within 5 minutes with fresh food.

Lunch time rush, fast service. Gave us 2 extra fries by accident. I told them but we were able to keep them! Fry to meat ratio over 1:1 is no bueno for me. Will eat the rest tonight after 5 beers

This is my first time staying in Columbus and not passing through. I would make a detour just to stop by and buy there burgers again. I do not know who made that burger and chicken sandwich but they deserve a raise. Easley better than 5 Guys back at home. I pass through the drive through and was served quick. To my knowledge this Wendy's might be the best ever.
