Was very pleased with my stay here. Michele greeted me immediately and gave me all the information about the area and the property. She was amazing and took care of some strange charging requests I had. Property was new, clean, modern. Breakfast was good, and the bar and Vaso on the rooftop was great. Parking is free in a public garage across the street. Would gladly stay again.

Loved the location of the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was just okay, the cleaning could have been better. There was hair left in bathroom and the shower was not cleaned well.

Kind and efficient front desk personnel. My upgrade to a corner room was confirmed a week prior to arrival which was a nice thing to look forward to. Very clean and beautiful hotel, set amongst a walkable living/working lifestyle area w many restaurants and walking paths in immediate vicinity and a short stroll down to the river across the street. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside.

My wife and I own a men’s and women’s clothing store in historic Dublin and live in Cincinnati. We frequently stay at the AC Dublin hotel. The hotel is fantastic and the service is top notch. The night manager, Michelle Chapman, is especially attentive to guest needs and provides outstanding service. We highly recommend!

Staff is great here. Whoever has trained them should get an A. Friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Seating is a bit awkward in the rooms but doable. French breakfast in morning for fee. Heard about fresh omelets, but didn't see where those could be requested or made. Great location and plenty of eating and entertainment near by.

Very nice and chic hotel! The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. The room is clean and modern. I love the fact that there is a white noise machine in every room to make it less quiet.

Lot of negative reviews here about noise which made me a little nervous. I stayed on the third floor and didn’t find this to be an issue at all. To the contrary I had a quiet and peaceful night. The room was very clean, modern and with high quality finishing and furniture. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. And unlike many US hotels I’ve stayed at lately, they clean the rooms, take out the trash and replace the towels daily. I didn’t have breakfast as there was an additional charge. Free public parking available as well just across the street. Many restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. Five stars!

Clean modern European styling. All furnishings felt top tier. So modern that this old guy had trouble finding and figuring out the light switches. Square sink and toilet were not to my cup of tea but they were functional. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows but would have enjoyed a softer sitting chair.

The AC Hotel was the hotel we had our wedding hotel block at, and they were absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish! Shay was so responsive and so helpful with all of the set-up. And all of the management staff went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel welcome and taken care of. Would absolutely recommend working with this group!

On the plus side beds are real comfortable and clean. Rooms are quiet. The elevator system is not designed well. It will not take you to the 8th floor. You have to exit and walk up. I tried multiple times. You would think they would provide a free complimentary breakfast but they don't Breakfast costs 17 dollars and is quite limited on items available. Very disappointing.

Everything is great but the noise. Third floor was extremely loud. My room in particular was very noisy all around. The walls are very thin and I woke up to my neighbors tv as if it were in my room at 5 am. I think I woke up 4 or 5 times during my sleep due to all the noises inside and outside the windows. Bring ear plugs, you won’t get a restful sleep. I am a Marriott member and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve slept in, mainly due to all of the noise and not falling asleep until after 2-3am due to the noise, and also waking up another 4-5 times throughout the night. It’s a beautiful hotel otherwise.

We had a blast last night celebrating my friend's birthday. The servers, staffs and receptionists are exeptional! Shout out to the hosr Marian, Blessy and server Dania! They're the best!! And the place is soooo beautiful.

If you stay here make sure you pack your ear plugs. From every room you can hear pounding bass every night until the rooftop bar closes. Each time I’ve stayed here (hasn’t been by choice, for work) my room has been several floors below the roof and I can still hear it. It is a great bar but management cares more about it than their guests’ sleep quality apparently, so don’t plan on sleeping before midnight.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. Stayed in a King bed room on the 7th floor. Nice view. The bedding is amazing. A bit pricey but the stay was for a special occasion .

Modern hotel with decent rooms; however, the noise and thudding you can hear from the rooftop bar (if they put you on the 7th floor) is unbearable. You will not be able to sleep a wink until they are done closing up the bar by 12:30am. Miserable.

My husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here. We live close by but wanted to get away for the night. Our room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and spacious! Right in the heart of our favorite spots! We will definitely be back!

Decided to stop in at the bar for a fancy French 75 Cocktail. When I requested this drink the bartender Mike had admitted he had forgot how to make it but still proceed to look up the recipe for me and actually made it spot on. He was good man to talk to as well and I'll definitely be going back to that bar for another French 75. Thanks Mike!!

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel bar! The hotel is beautiful and I loved every minute of my stay. The bartender in the hotel lobby bar - Mike was very attentive and made me a delicious Cosmo! I will definitely be back!

What a great experience for me. It was my first time visiting Columbus, Ohio. My room was very spacious. My bed was a delight. Front desk personnel was very informative and helpful. The breakfast bar was over the top. I'm definitely coming back to this beautiful hotel when I come to Columbus, Ohio.

AC Hotel in Dublin is unlike almost any hotel you will find in the US. The decor is classy and inviting without being stuffy and overwhelming. There is always plenty of staff available, and they are always willing to help. Lovely (that is her name) at the front desk went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. There seemed to always be some staff cleaning every inch of the lobby. The rooms were beautiful and flawlessly clean. The bartender (I regret that I don’t remember his name) was excellent and helped me choose a drink for my wife. There was an issue with the AC in our room, but our stay was perfect besides that. Perhaps the AC not working was to make it an even more authentic European stay haha. All joking aside, this is a stunning hotel that I can’t imagine anyone could not love. Regarding other reviews I’ve read, we had no issue at all with noise from the bar/restaurant. One person posted that there is no restaurant/room service, but there is both. That same person also posted about the pool, but they do not have one here. Makes me wonder if they accidentally reviewed the wrong hotel. This location is world class (besides the air conditioning).

so many good shops/bars/restaurants to walk around and check out. the people working here are very nice and helpful. comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and pretty quiet at night even with its fun surroundings. the infused water was a nice touch as well!

We didn’t stay at the AC Hotel, but rather enjoyed drinks at Vaso, their rooftop lounge. Excellent views of the surrounding area. Reasonable prices on drinks during happy hour. Good service and a good experience.

I would avoid staying here on a weekend due to wedding parties. One of the loudest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Endless noise and banging all night. Most likely from wedding parties. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel with nice people in a great location. I’m sure it’s fine for week night business travel.

Arrived in the late afternoon for a night in Dublin to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were greeted nicely by the staff, checked in quickly, bar and Christmas display were a welcoming sight, but we chose to head up for drinks in our room. Went up, clean modern suite on the corner. More than ample space. Enjoyed the view from the large windows ALTHOUGH the view beside was of personal spaces (apartments beside above Pins Mechanical), made it less private for what I had in mind, so drew that side closed. (Everybody can see EVERYYYTHINNG). The bathroom was nice and had plenty of room. Decent shower space, long counter top, but lighting wasn't able to be adjusted for getting ready. We walked across the bridge which was open despite the current snow and ice that recently passed through. It was 32 degrees, but doable and pretty, so I am glad we chose to walk. Ate at the Pearl, walked back and enjoyed the view again. Side note -When we got back we had wiped up the water from the champagne drip and noticed how dirty the floor was. I recommend the floors be steam mopped or something. With a few wipes our handtowel, it was a dark brown by the sofa at the far end. I was surprised and taken aback slightly. The cleaning crew should certainly be able to address this. There is not much to wipe down in this space. The bed was comfortable, but the bedding was somewhat uncomfortable. The comforter fabric was scratchy and other linens not very soft. The pillows were okay. We slept fine overall, however, the walls are not great at reducing sound. We were woken up a couple times between 1am and 3am by our neighbors. Annoyed ...what can you do though... We ended up heading out quickly after getting up to get breakfast. It looks great, but the overall experience is not what it could be. We were disappointed so I believe we will try another place next time we visit overnight.

I’d give this place ten stars if I could! They’re doing hospitality right. From the second we walked in the door to the moment we left, we were treated with respect and professionalism by every staff we encountered. Myself and two colleagues stayed here on a business trip and every detail was considered. The space was clean, bright, comfortable, and even smelled good. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We even had thoughtful deconstructed craft cocktails set up in our rooms to greet us upon arrival, which was a great touch. Even the lighting in the room was really nice, with subtle under counter lights that offered a comfortable glow. During the day we worked in the common areas and really enjoyed dinner at Vasa on the roof, which is highly recommend as well. The GM even introduced themself to us while we worked and check in to make sure we had what we needed. They had Jeni’s specialty local ice cream for purchase in the lobby and even a little lavender cart by the elevator in the lobby at night to make sachets in lieu of a turn down service due to covid, which was a really nice and thoughtful offering. It was a really memorable stay and all the little details made a noticeable difference. Thank you for going above and beyond!

We stayed here for one night and it was a very nice hotel. The corner room was spacious, clean, and close to so many restaurants. The bar near the lobby looked inviting and a great place to meet a friend for a drink. The front desk staff were friendly and customer service focused.

Went to the VASO, roof top bar. Great place to hang out and have a couple or more drinks.

Great location, great rooms, exceptional service. Price is fairly justified if you make use of the great location. Will stay here again. The rooftop bar is beautiful and worth the trip alone.

I have not stood in this hotel as of yet however when I called several months ago I was assisted by a gentleman named Nathan that gave me exceptional customer service, I believe we was in central reservations. I am huge in customer service as being in hotel management in the past myself and unfortunately great service is hard to come by many times now. Making future reservations far out can be some what confusing and a lot of back and forth. I unfortunately had a very bad experience in the past so I expressed those issues and special request with Nathan and he assured me it would be noted. Nathan at no point seemed flustered or annoyed and kept the most positive attitude throughout the whole ordeal. He kept me updated on any special notifications with any covid guidelines and was overall so genuinely helpful. I asked for his name and told him I would write a nice review and life kept me busy and I forgot. I woke up this morning thinking about my upcoming trip and immediately thought snout Nathan so I had to get on here and write this review. Nathan you ROCK and because of you I am a forever loyal customer! I’m hoping and praying my stay is just as pleasant :).

Striking decor and very helpful servers. The food was interesting and good and the white sangria was excellent. Location and view are good on one side and not too inspiring on the other. Glad to see another rooftop restaurant.

Great place to stay and they treated our group of eight like we were very valued customers. Quite helpful with everything and very accommodating. A fun rooftop bar makes it a great experience.

The hotel is new, looks great, love the king bed room with a sofa. But special mention to Ali and their friendly staff. Ali made us feel extra welcome and was honestly a reason we would come back here sooner. Unfortunately we did have a guest who was staying above us walk around til 1:30am and woke me up in the morning too as I'm a light sleeper. But I think that can happen any place.

Had a quick overnight Girls Getaway with family that came in from Germany! We were greeted and checked in by Michele! She was an absolute delight and made sure that our stay was nothing short of a 10! She went above and beyond, and my family was very grateful. Definitely will be paying it forward and frequenting this establishment many more times in the future. Giuseppe (hope I spelled that right) was working the bar that night and was so friendly. My niece was with us and was not of age to drink, so he made her tasty mocktails! She felt very much included and it was a highlight for her! Upon leaving our room to checkout, a housekeeper cleaning the room next to ours popped out and greeted us with a warm smile. Being in the industry myself, I greatly appreciated seeing the 15/5 rule! Overall, me and my family had a wonderful time, location is beautiful, and we will spread the word about this awesome establishment!!!! 10/10

We've stayed here now on two seperate occasions and both times have had a wonderful experience. Rooms are clean and the staff is very attentive and helpful. We doordashed some food and the front desk was even kind of enough to provide us plastic utensils when the restaurant didn't provide any. The location is great. There's plenty to do around it and has a very nice restaurant on the rooftop. Anytime we're looking for a weekend getaway to the area, this is the first place we check for availability.

Most AC Marriott’s are higher three star hotels. This is a mid two star hotel in service, cleanliness, and overall gross factor. Here is what their “three star” €200/night rooms look like: water damage, mold, light fixtures broken, wallpaper splitting, and door frames peeling. If only the hotel were as young as the inexperienced incompetent entitled staff running it. TLDR: Rooms old, tired, overpriced. Staff and hotel not up to AC Marriott standard. Better options everywhere.

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend/birthday trip. This hotel did not disappoint. From check in with Michelle to check out with Lovely. Clean rooms, Vaso rooftop bar was quite beautiful as well as the bar downstairs. Breakfast was good as well. Definitely would stay here again.

A surprisingly wonderful hotel. The lobby and hotel as a whole is wonderfully clean! They obviously take a lot of pride with their care. Also, the rooftop bar is pretty cool, and I'm sure if it wasn't brutally cold and snowing, we would hang out there The rooms were large and new. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms HVAC system is nice and quiet. Perfect for a good night's sleep! They had bottles of water in the fridge, rather than on the counter at room temperature. I know it's minor, but even 5-star hotels sometimes doesn't get that granular on the guest experience. If I am ever in Dublin, Ohio again, I probably will stay here.

We are still here. This is one of the loudest hotels I have ever been in. It sits right on a VERY BUSY STREET! They also have a very serious issue with the hot water not working. We stayed here before and said never again but for some reason we gave it another try. Well NEVER AGAIN for sure this time. The fact that they still in 2 years have a hot water issue is just not ok.

Had a wonderful stay. I previously visited the property for a company Christmas 🎄 party. From the point of driving up to walking in the building it was immaculate. Edelyn took wonderful care of me and my aunt . The roof top bar is the best feature where they serve a variety of handheld treats and great cocktails. You can only do it right by sitting cozy in one of their igloos and enjoying the rooftop view. I loved my room , especially with the fancy soap and shower. Typically I don’t opt for breakfast but it was well worth since we would’ve paid more and had to drive if we opted out of breakfast. The buffet was very tasty . Also Nathan and Ginni pushed the whole experience over the top. I’ve worked in hospitality and customer service so to see everyone smiling throughout the entire stay is 5 ⭐️ .

Pretty nice hotel, but not worth the price to stay. Spring Hill suites by Marriott is only a few hundred feet away, a little cheaper, and seems to have more amenities. Our room was pretty large, but lacked a good layout. We were given a handicap room because that was the last king bed room they had, so that may be the reason for that. The room was very basic and even lacked a bathrobe. There was no complimentary breakfast and the front desk person at night was not as pleasant as expected. Next time I stay at bridge park, I’ll be using the spring hill suites by Marriott nearby.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are state of the art! This hotel is completely modern, but the elevators have an odd futuristic system where you have to scan your card then push the button for your floor. It would not work for us probably because we are too old for this modern elevator feature lol. The nice lady at the desk let us take the steps up. So if you’re afraid of elevators like me, don’t be afraid to request the stairwell! Wonderful hotel though!

The room was good but neighbors were loud in the middle of the night. But over all room was good had a great view of the road and park. BUT the only thing in the room was bad was the TV. Why? Because when I was trying to watch stuff on the TV, the remote did not work so I just ended up turning it off and going to bed at 7:01. Service was great employees were very helpful. Bring earplugs

Zayne our bartender was absolutely amazing and phenomenal! We came for a holiday party for my company. Ended the night with drinks and Zayne made our trip the best! A quiet relaxing night and the knowledge and personable atmosphere and conversation he offered was what we needed! Highly recommend the hotel and hopefully get the night Zayne is working enjoy a drink and his company! Thank you for the best city experience we have ever had!
