I am pleased with my experience at Dylan Bradshaw. It was recommended to me by a good friend, and she specifically recommended that I see Shannan. The salon has been newly renovated, and to say that it is stunning is an understatement. My pictures do not even do it justice. There is a coffee shop in the front of the salon before you are greeted at the front desk by friendly and welcoming staff. They take your jacket to hang while donning you with a salon robe. You’re asked if you want anything to drink before you’re walked to your seat. The haircut package includes a wash with a head massage, cut, and blow dry. Shannan spent some time before we started understanding what I wanted and actually took her time to give me exactly what I wanted. The salon and staff were accommodating to my needs as a hijabi. They went above an beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that my wishes were respected. It was a stellar experience, and I hope to be back soon.

I came for a makeup lesson from Laura and couldn't have had a better experience. She talked me through everything from skincare to makeup and everything in between. She taught me lots of tips and tricks which I will use going forward. Not only did I learn so much we had such fun doing it. I couldn't recommend Laura enough. She is such a beautiful person inside and out.

I love my new hair cut. David listened to all my requests and especially what I didn't want. My first time visiting this salon and I can honestly say it was a great experience. Cost a bit more than I would normally pay but well worth it.

Very professional and welcoming salon. I had a colour correction with Jenni. After investing in highlight’s every 6 weeks, for months, I was left with unblended, patchy clumps of yellow. In one treatment, Jenni blended and toned my highlights so instead of hating my hair, I really like it. I had a Boho blowdry with Sam who did an amazing job and gave great advice about how to care for my hair type. Overall a fantastic experience!

As always my visit to DB was seamless. From the very pleasant reception team through to paying the bill. Adrian is so professional & I just leave everything in his hands. Julie has done an amazing job on my hair recently, she made me feel beautiful and well cared for. Julie not just listened to what I had in mind, but also added her own twists making the haircut just perfect for me. The whole experience was like a little therapy session, afterwards I felt completly refreshed and ready to conquer the world.
