    Lena's Pilates class has been a game-changer for me and my fitness journey. From the very first session, her dedication and consistency were evident, and it has been incredible to witness her passion for Pilates translate into the quality of the class. Under her guidance, I have never felt stronger and fitter for football. Lena expertly takes us through the different Pilates moves with such precision and attention to form, making sure that we are getting the most out of every workout. I leave each class feeling energized, refreshed, and motivated to keep pushing myself. Lena effortlessly creates a friendly and inclusive environment that makes the class feel like a community, and her positive energy is contagious. I am incredibly grateful to Lena for the impact she has had on my fitness journey, and I would highly recommend her Pilates class to anyone looking to transform their body and mind positively.

    I've been partaking in "Pilates with Lena" online classes for the last year or more and I can honestly say I've seen huge improvements in my posture, core and overall strength. Lena is fantastic at delivering the classes (she keeps us on our toes). She makes it fun and enjoyable. The classes run extremely smoothly and I am so pleasantly surprised how well they work online.     Lena is a great teacher with a very clear passion for what she does. She is able to bring energy and fun to the class whilst still being strict about form ensuring we get as much as possible from the class. I also like how she recognises that everyone is different and that we should listen to our bodies and go at our own pace. For anyone thinking of doing pilates, I highly recommend Lena.

    Lena is simply the best. Her pilates classes exceeded my expectations - I now incorporate her exercises in my every day life and I feel so much better and stronger not only from a physical perspective but from a mental one as well. She listens to each individual need no matter how big the class is, and she always does it with a smile on her face :) Highly recommended. Grazie Lena!

    Lena teaches a group of us at my work twice a week and we all really look forward to and have benefited from her classes! The classes are always balanced, fun, and free of judgement. I have gotten stronger and more flexible as a result and feel great. Thank you Lena!

    Lena is the best! I've recently completed 12 weeks with her and signed up for another 12 - I've been looking for a good pilates teacher for so long and Lena was the answer to my needs. Her classes are just perfect - she guides you through each exercise, focusing on each individual's needs and giving the right attention to both mental and physical health. In my years of training in different disciplines I had never learned how to breathe properly and Lena also taught me how the breathing makes all the difference (both inside and outside of a pilates class!) Highly recommended - grazie mille Lena!

    I've been attending Lena's Pilates classes for the last number of years and I just can't recommend her highly enough. Lena is an excellent teacher with years of experience. Her focus on technique makes sure that you are doing everything correctly and getting the most out of each session. Lena's classes are tough but also enjoyable. Thank you Lena!!

    Lena is a great teacher, who takes a real interest in her students. She gets to know their strengths and weaknesses so that she can tailor the training to meet their needs. The classes are really enjoyable and Lena provides clear feedback to each client to ensure they are exercising correctly and safely. The BeActivated and breathing techniques that Lena incorporates into her classes are really useful in boosting energy and resilience levels. I've been taking Lena’s classes for a number of years now and I've noticed big improvements in my core strength, stability and posture, with real crossover benefits for other sports. I would highly recommend Pilates with Lena.
