As mentioned by another review - I wish I'd seen the reviews, earlier. How Brown Thomas allows such low quality is beyond me. Terrible isn't the word for it. I've never had so thick nails, uneven. The black spot that can be seen in the photo on my dumb, is dirt, she tried to convince me it was dust. I got home and just cried, this woman is completely talent less and shouldn't be allowed near anybody's nails. Shame on Brown Thomas and their manager for allowing such low quality to be delivered in their saloon. Girls - Avoid !!!!!!! That's how 70e looks in Brown Thomas.

Nails - Mouna did an amazing job today on my nails. She, as well as her colleagues, always take such care and are really patient with me as I decide which colour I want! The service is great and my shellac tends to last about 5-7 days longer than other salons. Lovely experience as always. Highly recommend.

Great experience. I have been there with my daughter to have nails done together. We had such a great time, Mouna and Kiran were amazing and nails looked exactly as we wanted them. Definitly reccomend them!

Victoria in Planet Beauty was excellent at shellac removal and application on my nails. She is very pleasant and pays great attention to detail. I am very happy with the result.
