This is the worst dentistry I have been to. All they care about is money here! The reviews I saw online looked great, however after going one time, I left crying because I was told very different things on the phone and before my appointment. I was told I was getting a cleaning and that was it. Then I got all these exams and x-rays which I was not aware of until I was sitting in the chair. After all of that I was left in the room with no communication as to when I could leave and sat there for 35 minutes! The most recent experience I have was trying to send my patient information to another place so I would not have to pay again for that, and they were unable to do it before my appointment after calling multiple times, so I asked to cancel the request as there was a fee associated with it. They then charged me the next day after seeing my latest communication and voice mail. I still have not heard from them. Do not go here. It looks nice but go somewhere else! I also never write reviews, this is the first one I have written.

I never post reviews, but I’m am not happy with my experience at all. Staff made comments about my weight (stating I’m a “big girl” and needed a higher dosage on medication to make sure it worked. I feel like it could have been worded a little nicer, at least). We applied for the care credit, and I was charged for two root canals when I only had one. My temp cap came off and I came back to get it put back on three days later until the permanent one came. The dental assistant shaved it down and stuck it right back in my mouth without washing it (after another staff member thought something was on fire from it being shaved). I voiced my concerns and was ignored and got out to my car and threw up because of the taste/smell. I then get sent a bill for $1,000 for my insurance “not covering” the rest. Still never got any sort of refund or credit for being charged for two root canals. We were told it would be $2,500 and that’s what the care credit paid for, yet still we’re charged an additional $1,000? They charged me a cancellation fee when I canceled my appointment for having COVID and properly notified them of such. I keep getting texts at 10pm stating to pay my bill. Just got another moments ago saying it’s going to collections (it’s 10:12pm). Only good thing to say is the front desk receptionist are extremely nice. Otherwise, I will absolutely not be going back nor recommending this dentistry to anyone I know.

This is the best dentist I have ever had! My teeth were a mess before I found Avery Dental. The dentist & his entire staff have been fantastic & have gone way above & beyond to give me my smile back! Words cannot express how great it feels to smile with 100% confidence again. I have referred my son & my mother to the practice & they are now his patients as well. I will continue to send family & friends to this practice. Their office truly treats us like family. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. ♥️ Crystal Adams

Big fan of this dental practice. Dr. Safavian helped me figure out I had severe sleep apnea based on my teeth grinding and gum recession, and I've been able to address it since. Otherwise, my routine cleaning and fillings always go smoothly. Highly recommend and will continue returning here.

I had my upper teeth pulled and got same day dentures I never had and pain and everyone there in the office was so nice and when I walked in they remembered me by first name I have the best dentist in the world he is awesome and he cares about his patients thank you for everything thing you’ve done for me thank you for my beautiful smile

I never was so satisfied by the professionalism,respect and great doing when I step in every one was smiling so helpful, the nurse she’s so kind the Doctor make me feel good , adresse my concern given me solution for my dental needs , I recommend this wonderful place to everyone I hope I can gives them more then 5 Stars they deserve it .Moe

This dentist is the worst I have ever experienced. The only good thing is that the front desk is very friendly. 1. They only care about money, not helping patients. I was going to have regular cleaning, but they requested me to do an X-Ray even though I could provide them with my previous exam record. 2. The nurse is very unprofessional. When she took an X-ray for me, her operations hurt my gum. I told her that I was hurt, but she just ignored me and insisted on her process. This was the first time my gum hurt during a dental exam. I just need regular cleaning, but they keep persuading me to buy something out of insurance coverage. And she used words that stressed me out (e.g., you might lose your teeth if you don't do this.) I don’t want to go there any longer.

My wife was in excruciating pain from a cracked molar on a Friday night! I was so stressed feeling helpless, so i decided to look online for a 24 hour dentist, I found Avery Dental and called and were so nice and talked me through what to do to help my wife, they got her in Saturday morning to drain the infection. After that they scheduled her for a root canal on Monday when they were booked solid! I could not believe how amazing the staff and Doctor were to us! I would 100% recommend this office 100 times over! Thank you so much Avery Dental for helping my wife when she was in so much pain!
