I bought a 600.00 ring. The small diamonds keep falling out. Kay's just sent it back out for repair. This is the 4th time. I had the same experience with an Emerald bracelet. After the 5th time, they put an ugly BIG hook on there which is not even close to the original. Now it looks very cheap.Never would I have bought it with this hook.

Hattie and Jessica were absolutely phenomenal at the KAY Jewelers in Dublin, GA. Their customer service was outstanding and couldn’t have been better. Very friendly, very helpful and had the upmost patience the entire time they assisted me in choosing my watch. Way to go ladies and keep doing what y’all do!!
