Perfect refuge in Temple Bar. We were here on a super busy Saturday afternoon, the streets were thronged with people and the bars with roof decks were packed. At Roast we could sit just inside the open windows and comfortably watch everyone walk by. We only had Guinness and a cider, but they have an impressive collection of whiskeys and I bet the cocktails are great.

We were drawn into Roast by the music our first night in Dublin and we kept coming back for the good company, good vibes, and amazing cocktails. Christopher and Teddy were super friendly and fun. Not to mention they make delicious drinks. Will definitely be visiting them again the next time I’m in Ireland. 🙂

An absolute gem. The perfect spot for an amazing cocktail without pretension. Christopher and Teddy were exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The cocktail menu was inventive and impeccably curated. If you're looking for high quality drinks and amazing service this is the place to be.

If you are looking for amazing cocktails, great bartenders, and an even better experience, this is the place for you! Dublins best new cocktail bar. The music is lit and if you are lucky you must get served by Teddy or Christopher. It’s a must visit!

One of the best bars I’ve ever been to. Christopher is amazing and his cocktails are always a 10/10! Always worthy to come back!!

We came here twice. The first time, a bit after they opened, the staff was absolutely nice. They made us some great cocktails and explained to us everything about them. Beers were ok, too. The second time we went we paid OVER 9 Euro for each pint of extremely common beers. The bartender didn't even help us find an extra stool to sit outside. 9 Euro for a pint of beer, just to be treated like nuisances. They're absolutely bonkers.

Such a nice comfy vibe in the midst of temple bar chaos. All the bartenders are lovely! Teddy and Jordan were able to decipher my palette and make a delicious cocktail off the cuff! I don’t trust many bars in Dublin to produce quality drinks but Roast is the exception now. Would recommend to anyone :) thanks guys

This is a must stop in Dublin! Dublin isn’t short of places with beers on tap but it’s not quite as easy to find a spot that makes craft cocktails. Each pack unique flavors and there is a drink that can meet anyone’s fancy. A personal favorite was Naked and Famous, but I’m sure they switch up the menu often. My sister and I were on a week long trip in Ireland. We started here for a few drinks and even came back on our final night because we enjoyed it so much! The staff was incredible. We closed down the bar twice just because they were so friendly, filled with fun stories and personality. If Christopher is working — you’ll adore him and any drink he makes you. He truly is an expert in finding anything you might enjoy if you’re unsure where to start. I sadly didn’t take any photos because I was too present to even have my phone out but be sure to make this part of your Dublin adventure.
