Delicious Mexican “fast food” restaurant. In comparison to places in England like BarBurrito and Tortilla, this place served larger quantities and tasted even fresher! The seasoning on the chicken was also much tastier that I’ve had before. Service was super quick and there was plenty of options ( burrito, burrito bowls, tacos , salads and nachos!) Price is on the higher side compared to what I’m use too but fair for the area. They do student discount too which is great. There is also a good array of soft drinks!

Nice food and good vegan options, but the receipt did not match the menu. They charged extra for a bunch of stuff that should be regular fillings, like onions and peppers.

My interaction gets 1 My girlfriend interaction 5 plus Great location, with plenty of seating inside and out and plenty of menu choices Unfortunately I had a TERRIBLE interaction (especially paying over 30 euro) We planned to order on the app until a E1.30 service charge, tried to show a worker my checkout off the app so could read for herslef, didnt speak english or understand, so another worker butted in and snapped at me just to read it out Then her attitude continued as she certiqued my pronucation of the salsa, there are med or mil on menu so thats how i called them out, then again trying be clever because she could pronuce queso, which ended up hidden underneat the nachos and salsa like it was thrown in with an attitude No theres cutlery, napkins etc there, or make sure to scan you loyalty card and explain it Also my girlfriend has lymphoedema and I tried 3 times to ask politely if I could bring out a flat metal chair as be easier for her, eventually I was told ah be better if you sat in. To me discriminating against someone with a disability The girlfriend couldn not finish hers and went in just to ask them too wrap in fresh tinfoil and a bag too take home, but no, she heated a fresh wrap, then put the filling into that and made it up like it was a new wrap up in new foil, sickers the works. This alone made me think twice about giving a bad review

Burrito bowl can be customized. It is full of flavor and the portion is generous for the price you pay. Staff is nice and friendly. The seating is constantly cleaned and there’s plenty of space to sit and enjoy the food, either outside or indoors.

I just ordered on just eat - (chicken burrito) 🌯 I normally wouldn’t opt for this but today I wanted something completely different. I asked in the comment box could sauces be separate (as I’m all fluy today 🤧 and didn’t know how my body would react). My comment was read and sauces came separately so I was happy about that. I understand in busy times this can perhaps be a nuisance. The burrito was heavy and full of all ingredients I asked for. I’ve ate Boojum abroad but Smithfield store topped it 🙌🏼 Neatly packaged ✅ Sauces secure ✅ Well presented ✅ Wrapped twice ✅ Great amount ✅ Read comment section ✅ Fast delivery ✅ Delivery driver was very pleasant ✅ Overall happy with my order.

They always forget extras. Rice and beans for 14 euro. another dish was rice and beans for 13 euro. Staff are half arsed looking at delivery dockets. There was no extra veg No jalapenos. No sour cream or cheese. disapointing and not consistant.

If there would be possibility to give 0 rating that would be most accurate! We've placed an online order for delivery bit after 8pm, now is after 10 pm and we have NOT RECEIVED ANY FOOD WE HAD PAID FOR!!!!! The app was keep changing time with longer and longer delivery time, restaurant said "driver is on the way"... Hours of waiting and still nothing! Thank you Boojum for amazingly ruined day for 2 people, you've left us hungry with no chance of getting any food as it's very late now. And because it a work day we haven't eaten anything since lunch time! Thank you for this... hope your place will burn down! Have a nice day!

Compared to fast food, this place is really worth trying, even when getting there on rush hours, you'll quickly get out with your bespoke burrito. The prices are also quite fair, while choosing the right ingredients. They also have a loyalty card that gives you a free meal after several purchases. Highly recommended!!
