Came here looking for a traditional Irish breakfast for brunch. After I couldn’t find that on the menu, I spurred my nerve to ask for fear of being too American and explored the menu. It’s a very tight menu but everything looked wonderful. I ended up going with the charred chicken toasties, and brilliant Hibiscus and Rose soda. Extremely pleasant and affordable experience that we are sure to frequent.

The hype about Bibi’s is insane and I understand why. It is all over social media and claimed one of the best brunch spots of Dublin. And I could not agree more with that. When you arrive you are welcomed by its super friendly team which happily takes you to your table and brings you cold water and Bibi’s brunch specials menu. The list of options is short but everything catches your atention. As an egg benedict addict, my eyes were on it. Unfortunately, they ran out of it already (it was 10 am so imagine how good they must be). After giving me the bad news, the waiter suggested the Squash eggs which I had no clue about what they were. I was gladly surprised about this dish. The amazing smell. The flavours. The textures. The combination between the yogurt and the egg.Everything. It was just perfect. In addition, the iced white I got was delicious too, super refreshing. I can only recommend this place. I am very happy I got to try this incredible place. Definitely a new must when in Dublin

A hen's teeth rare five star gem in the quietly claustrophobic red brick heart of south Dublin suburbia. I booked for about 10 people. It was a lunch as part of a new office launch. My email contact was very communicative and I even received a call nearer the date. When our group arrived outside the cafe, and I was genuinely surprised, amused and delighted with how the cafe looks positively besieged on all sides by vintage homes like an island unto itself. Don't let the hipster beards and tache's fool you lest you be the fool. These people know food, coffee and service. The vast majority of eateries attempting to compete at this level have much to learn from Bibi's. There's only one or two exceptions that come to mind - Tang and Green Bench. That's it. The food was exceptional. I had the French Toast as you can see. It happens less than rarely that I find a cafe can provide coffee to equal the food. More and more it seems they get the food right and not the coffee. It’s a bit like how most desserts in proper restaurants are underwhelming. I liked the decor and delph and these were just the cherry on the cake. Our group was very pleased. It was great to see that each staff member let their own personality shine through. Some were chirpy and enthusiastic while others were more reserved. I can't wait to go back and thanks to the staff for a great time!

Food here is amazing, everyone at the table agreed. Staff was very friendly and we had a really good time. Just don’t forget to make a reservation as this is a quite popular spot.

I felt at home with friendly staff, warm and friendly atmosphere, fast ordering and delicious Turkish eggs. They warn you if you have an allergy, and the menu has vegan and vegetarian options. Also, I cannot tell but mention the magnificence of their gluten-free cakes. Thanks for everything.❤️

Delicious food, queue out the door for a table on Sunday but people got seated in not too long a wait. Recommend booking if you can. I had the Turkish eggs & partner had the chorizo potato thing and that was lovely!

Lovely café in the middle of a beautiful Dublin neighborhood. You can get some fresh pastry from their bakery, or one of the great dishes or cakes. We had a French toast and a lemon cake and both were great. The staff is super friendly, and the place itself is very nice and calm, thanks to the quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

Bibi's is a neighborhood gem! I quite enjoy their Turkish Eggs, so delicious! I haven't had many Turkish style eggs before, so I don't have a baseline comparison, but I've really enjoyed them and been satisfied. The coffee is okay, so I wouldn't come here only for coffee. The reason why I give it a high rating though would have to be the interior! I love the large mirrors, the rustic, almost barn-link atmosphere. I'm obsessed! It reminds me so much of my college town, so I would really just come here for the atmosphere and super kind staff.

Amazing food - lives up to the hype. Bibis is one of the more renowned places for brunch in Dublin - we’ve tried to be here a few times on weekends but didn’t get a table.. we gave it another shot and fortunately got a table. The staff are friendly and courteous - always treat you with a smile on their face. Food was delicious - Turkish eggs -> the tangy yoghurt went well with the chilli butter and coriander paste, the sourdough was soft, crunchy and delicious. I had some mixed organic leaves from my parters vegan sandwich and it paired beautifully with this dish - recommend bibis to serve the organic leaves with Turkish eggs - vegan sandwich -> we weren’t sure what to expect when we ordered this, but it was magnificent; the sandwich was golden brown crunchy and the filling was extraordinary- sweetness from the caramelised onion and tanginess from tomatoes - halloumi with chilli chutney -> halloumi was not too salty like other cafes and got balanced with the chilli paste, it was pan fried to perfection - peanut butter brownie -> one of the best brownies I had on Dublin - moist and gooey Coffees were very good as well

We ordered a cappuccino, a flat white (no photo), poached eggs and hash. The plates were just fine I'd say, they delivered what was offered, the price was on point. The beverages had a pretty good taste. For some reason, they didn't give us sugar at first but after asking there was no problem. The place has a touch of familiarity, tables aren't that comfortable but they are ok. Waiters are very kind. Good impression overall, I wouldn't say it's a must but it's worth giving it a try.

Heavenly food, one of the best brunches around, and nice staff. It gets very busy, so try booking a place ahead if possible. Even though there's a time limit for the tables, the waiter was very polite in informing us that.

Really lovely brunch spot! Food & coffee very tasty and great flavours, a very buzzy spot and super friendly staff, only downside was service was quite slow. It was a Saturday morning so understandably quite busy but we were waiting over an hour for eggs & French toast! Wouldn't stop me from going back though.

We were lucky to get a seat here as a walk-in on a Sunday. The food was delicious, we had the eggs benedict and the French toast. The service was also excellent, everyone was friendly, and it enhanced the atmosphere.

This is my fav brunch spot in the world. Bibi’s sausage rolls... They are the best of the best. But everything is just so good, from the toasties to the eggs or the granola. Staff is always super friendly and accommodating.

DELICIOUS! It’s a really nice and cozy place, with terrace and nice service. The food is excellent, the French toast with bacon is a must, everything delicious. 🥓🥞🥪 You can go without reservation and it’s located in a pretty neighborhood near downtown 🏘

One of the best brunch places in Dublin. Friendly staff, delicious food, tasty coffee and cozy atmosphere. On a sunny day the outdoor seating would be my recommendation. Menu highlight: Toasties

Very popular spot and can see why. The food is tasty and the cakes and coffees are great as well. They can seem a little chaotic at times though. Definitely recommend regardless! ☕️

Lovely experience here, food good not out of this world. Would love to try their specials though as my dish was simple enough. Great looking menu. I enjoyed the veg toast with an additional poached egg. Very Expensive though. Loaf of fresh bread was €7.50!!! Most expensive I’ve seen yet Staff lovely , nice and bright inside with lovely decor. Great for a large group of friends or a duo to meet up

Came for brunch and must say was quite disappointed. Staff kept opening a side door and letting a draft in - fair enough they were putting chairs away but they left it open afterwards as well in the middle of winter. Had to get up and close it myself because it seemed like they had no intention of doing it themselves. The mushroom sourdough toast wasn’t great - way too many mushrooms it was total overkill. And they were drenched in way too much lemon oil. What really disappointed me was that the two poached eggs and the two on my partner’s plate were completely overdone - no oozing egg yolks here. I didn’t even finish the meal as I was left very unimpressed. Usually when you’ve a lot left on your plate staff will ask if everything was okay for you as they collect your plate - that wasn’t the case here. The staff really didn’t seem to care about providing good customer service. Coffee was good though.

Very friendly and sweet staff. Cozy and spacious space (which is a rarity in Dublin) Good food. The menu was a bit short. Tried Turkish eggs which tasted great!

I had the Turkish eggs. First time trying this dish, great flavours, would recommend. Staff were friendly and efficient. The place is nicely decorated, good ambiance inside. The food is a liitle pricey, €12 for the eggs, throw in a coffee and you re at €15 for some brekkiie, but maybe these are standard in this yuppie neighbourhood.

My friend and I went here for Friday evening wine and food last night. I give it 10/10! The ambiance, service, wine and especially the food... incredible! Every plate (we had 2 bigger plates and 1 small) was exceptionally delicious. Very relaxed vibe, cosy and friendly too. I hope they start doing it on Saturday's, fingers crossed! Highly recommended. 💛

Got us a spot pretty quickly even if we didn't have a booking. Chickpea toast absolutely gorgeous, and the staff was sooo nice! Definitely try and book if you can as it's usually pretty packed

Great and friendly neighbourhood cafe. Love the vibe and people around. Portions are fair, definitely will be back

We were excited about the place , but unfortunately no tables available inside. We decided to take a coffee only and wasn’t good at all. Capuccino and flat white with exactly the same taste, burnt milk and far away from coffee flavour. We still up to try the food, I hope our next visit will be better than this time .

Went for breakfast and everything was delish! Can’t wait to go back again to try some more! Lovely atmosphere! We were lucky to get a table, would recommend booking, even for breakfast!

A quaint restaurant in Portobello. The food was phenomenal, very fresh and flavourful, and the coffees were tasty too. The only thing I would say is the service was meh. Took quite a while for our order to be taken and we waited 20 mins for one of the drinks we ordered (a tea) which was odd. Slightly disappointing but the quality of the food thankfully made up for it. Definitely recommend this place for an early lunch.

I ordered poached eggs on toast with chorizo potatoes and it arrived as 3 separate dishes, all on tiny plates. I’ve never had to assemble my own breakfast before. Bit odd! It tasted good though. Staff weren’t overly friendly, just average. Coffee was nice. No salt/pepper or sugar on the table. Very loud with tables close together. I wouldn’t rush back.
