By far the best BK I have been! Me and my 8 year old daughter must have visited around 4 times in just over a week! Completely obsessed with the plant based nuggets and original bean burger! Nothing like this in Dubai or UK! No queues, fast service and friendly smiles

Good food - one of best Belgian waffle i had with vanilla also onion ring was very delicious 😋 this burger king is quite massive. There is a seating facility available at 1st floor also. To eat food inside just need to show covid vaccination certificate. Also at 1st floor there is washroom facility.

One of my wife's and daughters noze bag goto on a Saturday early lunch time. Service is fast and accurate, and staff listen and deliver in great 👍 time. They even ask, do you need sauces, Food is hot and trays clean. We always clean out the table, as it's the least we can do. Enjoy your time there around lunchtime.

Food tasty and presented well, as expected in any Burger King. However the public restrooms are dirty and scary. As you descend into the bowels of O'Connell Street,its an expedition to find the Ladies. Like Indiana Jones and the Lost Toilet Paper, but without the glamour. No one should stay longer than they have to.

Hot food, but tables are very dirty, floor staff is not checking Covid certs and every guests name and phone number are visible for everyone else, not sure if that complies with data privacy. Bloke behind the counter taking my order misgendered me and called me 'Sir' with the 'excuse' "Oh, I wasn't looking at you, only heard your voice" This is not acceptable in Ireland in the 21st century

I've been here dozens of times without issue. Food is fresh, order accuracy is high, and the place is usually clean and hassle-free. My only problem is you need to ask a cashier to open the toilet entrance due to the homeless and substance abuse epidemic in Dublin.

We arrived at 7.22pm and couldn' dine in because they closed the sitting / tables area earlier. We asked to the manager at least to eat on the high tables beside the walls but she didn't allowed us to do so. Then we just ordered chilli cheese bites and that wasn't fresh.

Really like this place. You only wait a few seconds to get your food, and it tastes pretty good.

Got a pretty unappetizing “Bacon King” today. The American cheese and bacon were cold to the touch. Didn’t taste great either, but that was kind of expected. At least it was ready incredibly quickly, like within a minute or two. This is what I get for choosing BK for a late night refill after the bars. I wish more places were open!

Much more inviting than the other fast food restaurants on O'Connell St who seemed to have gangs of kids arguing with security. Service was quick and the food was freshly made. The tables had obviously been cleaned since they were last used.

No, it's bad but it's still a long way to go, they don't have the machines to place the order without having to queue and they're a bit crazy, I even paid for 3 bottles of water when in reality the order starts with room

Yesterday I had a meal from this store , usually burger king has good standard of food. But this restaurant is selling low quality food ,food itself was tasting filthy ,I think the oil they use is not up to standard. I will skip this burger king for sure.

The man behind the counter was friendly and approachable. The chicken burger wasnt great, limp warm lettuce with way to much mayo.. no atmosphere but a sign saying their not responsible if anything goes missing 🤔

Burger King's food is, in my viewpoint, quite mediocre. It truly is not anything special, just a regular hamburger. The store in itself is spacious. There are a lot of seats and the service is fine. The bathrooms are extremely dirty and filthy, I hope they fix that at least. Overall a good place to grab a quick bite.

Nothing wrong except witnessing the security guard turning away elderly people from using the toilet, unless they buy something. Not good form.

BK is always a good option if you're in a hurry and want a good burger. Service is fast, staff is friendly. Great location as well.

I haven't been in long time here, Burger King in O'Connel Street, Sunday the 13th, exceeded my expectations. The chicken royal was fab and the chilli cheese bites the best ! The service very very fast and friendly too. You can see its very busy place, im wondering if the staff ever have time to grab a meal...The lady at the counter, probably long shift, poor lady. please Management or higher take care of your workers. They deserve better.

We ordered chilli cheese bites and got chicken nuggets instead which was frustrating but when we went back the next morning, they were closed but people were inside. I knocked on the window and showed the Burger King bag. A young man came to the door and we explained what happened. He took the bag and he went back in and came out with fresh chilli cheese bites. My 5 star review is definitely the customer service of that man.

It's a big space. It was close to the bus stop so a little rowdy at times. The food was ready quickly and tasted good. The team was very nice.

Security guard wouldn’t let me use the toilet Told him I was in the queue and he accused me of lying. I was a regular customer here for many years and I will not be returning. It should be against the law to refuse someone the use of a toilet utter disgrace

Food was really quick to be served and quite tasty. Toilets were in basement and are not that clean. Plenty of kids high chairs.

Ok they were closing 7:45 told i could order but only takeout, however having to wait for it to be cooked, I would have expected the burger to be hot or at least warm... no ..the bacon topping was actually cold. The bun was stale..but the frys were hot.

It's a good place for a light snack if you're in a hurry. Well I Don't need to explain much about Burger 'King'. The review is actually in the name of the company

Quick service even when busy. Food is always fresh and hot. Haven't had an order wrong in my experience. Staff are friendly and efficient.

I was once here it is normal burger king like anyone else, bit iné thing i need to mention There is no such as bottom free cup for drinks like it use to be in other burger kings. There is security guy so I guess it is save there. It is clean there as well, because od clean workers, there is locked toilet just for customers, only you need to ask staff and if you are customer they will unlock the door for you, but I seen an delivery guy(sure not customer) asking staff to unlock the door and there was no problem at all.

Don’t forget to use the mobile app coupons as they save you a great deal of money. Helpful staff. I’d recommend the Oreo shake and any meal.
