πŸ‘ One of those romantic place which u would like to be part of. Decent Indian food available within normal price range... The early bird offer is the piece of discount they provide. I don't usually leave reviews but felt I had to, to do anyone else considering this place a favor. Portions were tiny, overpriced and bland. Tasted like the lamb had been boiled in the spiced water they served as a curry. Cost me 23 euro for a cup of lamb soup, a naan + a 33cl beer. And then they tried to charge me extra for rice to go with the meal. The waiter was very rude and made me uncomfortable. Please spend your money elsewhere.

The food was delicious, my boyfriend complained that it was too little, but I loved the taste. Very kind and polite waiter.

The food is great, super authentic, the waiters and chefs are of Indian origin so they make it just the way it should be! Definitely worth visiting if you want affordable Indian food in the heart of Dublin, Temple Bar! Also perfect for vegetarians as they have lots of options.

Being a South East Asian myself I can rest assured that food is so not upto the standards. The taste was so bland and I felt that the authentic touch was missing. I ordered biryani which literally had chat masala in it. Utter disappointed. The butter chicken was extremely sweet and was unlike any butter chicken. However, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was so not upto the mark. I probably won't be coming here again πŸ˜• Not to mention, the prices are quite high for the serving sizes.

Accidentally stumbled across this restaurant which is in the Temple bar area. They have an early bird menu which is definitely worth the value. Service was fast and the food was good and very reasonably priced. Would definitely go again.

Excellent quality food and service in a great location. A large range of tasty food options throughout the menu with extensive wine list. Very relaxed ambience and felt like we were in really nice dining area . I look forward to my next visit soon.

This place in the past was cheap and cheerful. The staff in the past were Male and all very pleasant professional and attentive. I was there with my partner tonight. There was an old indian woman serving who was rude and clearly did not want to be there. The place was empty and she asked had we a booking at 1800 it only opens at 17:00. What happened here new management maybe? We will never be back it's a pity the previous owners ran a great business.

The best restaurant ever. As soon as i walked in i could smell the gorgeous hot and spicy aroma. I had the prawn curry and I was beyond delighted. For a starter i had pakoras which were so crispy with bursting flavours. The decorations are so cute and the place gives me india vibes. The staff is so funny and lovely. I will definitely come in again. Definitely worth the value of money.

Went to the restaurant the other day with a group of friends, and I have to say that I was impressed. The food was delicious and flavourful, the staff were wonderful, and overall the atmosphere was amazing. Perfect location in the centre of Dublin to get authentic Indian food. 10/10 will go again !!!

Not worth going to. It was so bad it was funny. We looked at the 3.7 star rating and thought it would be fine.. we were wrong. Everything was overly hot or greasy. The naan breads were all the same, plain. Missing the garlic, cheese & keema that had been ordered. Chickpeas in the bhuna and what looked like a Birdseye mixed veg bag in the korma. It was €45 per person.

It was so bad it’s Funny. If you want an authentic Indian meal, there is a great looking place round the corner. Don’t think they have ever seen a real Indian Meal in there lives

Great Indian cuisine. Curries are what you'd expect to find if you dined at somebody's home from India. Fresh and essential ingredients, tender meats. All mixed together without resulting in being too oily. The flavours are very distinct without being covered by an excess of spices. Really appreciated after dining here a few times.

I can't understand the bad comments. This beautiful little restaurant has the best curry I've ever tasted. The lamb korma had a unique and floral taste due to the combination of the sweet and savory spices. I will definitely be coming again!

Lovely small and cosy Indian restaurant in Temple Bar with a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options. We enjoyed vegetable samosa and vegetable pakoras for starter then indulged in some authentic dishes like vegetable korma and vegetable curry. Everything delicious. 10/10. The place is small, perhaps maximum ten tables, and there was only one waiter. It had the homey feeling. It gave us the feeling we were supporting a local business. We look forward to visiting Aleena Indian Restaurant again in the near future.

Super delicious food, very customer friendly service and the ambiente is clean and beautiful appropriate to the Indian kitchen. I can only recommend this Indian restaurant and I will visit it again on my next Irland holidays. 10/10

Actually owned by Pakistanis, this restaurant is as Indian as it can be. Ambient, decoration and food are all as if you were in India (ok maybe the difference is that here you will find western cutlery, i.e. spoons). Food made by order by Indian lady cooker. The only drawback are the size of the portions, that I found slightly small for the price (I went for dinner). Another example of "quality comes in little recipient", but although is understandable prices would be high given the location (hearth of turistic quarter), maybe was too much for me.

Went here few months back. Lovely food and people. Groupon.ie voucher meal for 2, €30 1 beer/wine included. The chicken madras is lovely and spicy πŸ˜‹

Very nice meal. Went for one of the hottest dishes much to the amusement of the lady however I managed to eat it all. Friendly place and food cooked excellently.

Had a good flavour full early dinner. Curries were good but looked like meat was just boiled in the curries - Not marinated. The flavours didn't seep in well. Expected a better experience.
