When we were at the counter we couldn't get any one to take our order. Had to knock on the counter to get one of 7 employees to notice us. The closest 4 came out of their huddle to repeat "SHE'S IN THE BATHROOM". And just why couldn't one of them help us? Received our food only to hunt for a clean table. Keep in mind we were the ONLY two customers in here. Had to leave our tray/trash on the table because the trash container was already overflowing.

The staff is very friendly and they work hard. The food tasted delicious as usual. The Summer Strawberry salad and Apple Pecan salads are my family's favorites.

I just discovered that is the person working there is the one with the problem (I believe he is the manager). I would go during the day and when he would work I would always have a problem. Specially, because I place my orders on the app, there is an option where you pay 30 cents for a cup of cheese and then you can actually click for extra cheese at no extra cost. I believe that they have moved this guy to the night, because today I am working a late shift and I placed an order. Tell me why i am paying an extra 30 cents for a half filled cup of cheese and i did not get the extra one. Dude told me I only paid for one. Just look at the picture. I finished the cup of cheese and my fries are still not even half way done. As you can see in the pic, my finger is half way in the cup and that is what you pay 30 cents for? Is not the 30 cents. Is the belief that you can go pick up your food and go back to work and be able to enjoy it.

Why the place is dirty? None of the tables is clean. The soda machine is dirty. The food is disgusting and not fully cooked. And you charge so much money for a sandwich that is getting smaller and smaller. What a prank??!!!!

I was shopping this evening and was super thirsty. I love that Wendy’s has the option to get flavored drinks like my favorite strawberry Dr Pepper and I stopped to get one. There was one person in front of me and I didn’t think I waited long or anything but the manager on duty gave me my drink on the house. I wish I noticed his name! It was a small gesture but so sweet and very appreciated. Customer service is definitely lacking these days but he is a stellar example. Thank you!

wow. i am SHOCKED. the management has FAILED this location. it took us 15 MINUTES at the FRONT OF THE LINE to even order. this is unacceptable. wendy’s, do better.

Women working at window was very sweet, had to go around twice from them messing up my order and they also forgot my drink 🥲 but overall everything was hot and fresh!!!

Their fries are amazing no one makes them like they do and I enjoy their Chicken bacon sandwich. Their fruit flavored drinks are really good as well as Strawberry Frosty.

Strawberry salad was much better than Panera's, and I've had several of both. Also, my Single was actually plump-- not crushed; fries were full and salted. Cold salad was placed in separate bag from hot food. Young gentleman at drive-thru window was polite and helpful. This Wendy's always offers the BEST fast food experience I've ever experienced.

Cashier was not available Sunday late morning. 6-8 people working but no cashier. asked for cashier and she came up slowly and with an ugly attitude. she for sure hated being there. she was aggressive. chicken sandwich was good and the only thing the saved them

Sad to say the Manager Shanna was about to get the rudest piece of my mind because where does she get her customer service from? She took our order through the drive thru and was absolutely rude how she rushed us and spoke to us. I bit my tounge and instead prayed for her she needs sat down and trained properly how is she in management??

I love coming here! The food is great and so is the service. Everyone is so polite and patient. My only issue is that every time I order online, my order gets messed up and they forget my frosty. Other than that 10/10.

Very rude blonde girl working the drive thru on 12/8/23 at 10:30 pm. I told her I had a mobile order and she said "second window" in a flat monotone voice that let me know she'd rather be anywhere else in the world besides dealing with her job. Then, she shoved my bag out the window with no words and a look of death. Your employees need people skills. It's frustrating when you pay ridiculous prices for fast food that is mediocre at best and it's thrown at you by a brat teenager. Companies don't care about customer service anymore.

I don't believe in non-chocolate frosties but peppermint frosties have stolen my loyalty. They're better tasting, better for dipping, and I assume seasonal, so hard to get.

50 minutes before listed close at 11:10pm, with plenty of cars in the drive thru, they wouldn’t take my order bc they’re ‘closed’. Make it make sense. Love wasting 30 minutes of driving for nothing thanks Wendy’s :)

Poor service. We stood at the counter over 10 minutes, 3 people behind the counter looked at us and the looked away. When they finally waited on us, they were very rude and acted like we were intruding.

It's an older Wendy's. A little slow for drive thru wait times. But in the end you get your food and it is normally correct. But do check to make sure you got your sauce with your nuggets.

Stopped here during visit at nearby hospital. Was a bit skeptical after seeing 3.6* and comments about drive through time.. But holy smokes. For 9p on a Friday night - food was fast, fresh, perfect order and delish. Drive through time was about 15 minutes with ~5 cars in front of me. Can't complain about that.

I mean, it's Wendy's. You get exactly what you expect. Been here quite a few times and the service is reasonably quick, the food is hot, the people are friendly.

Normally Wendy's is my GO-TO for fast food but lately they've been slacking. I've been there twice and they have forgotten to put any ketchup on my burger and my fries had no salt on them either. Kinda disappointing when you have your mouth fixed for a certain taste and it gets denied lol

Drive through situation at this one was weird because the building is shared with another fast food place. I ended up going inside and it was clean enough and good service. No real complaints about the food.
