A mid size Shopping Centre with variety of shops and small outlets. Have been here numerous times and did always find the place to be well maintained. The restrooms are periodically cleaned. The accessibility to and within the mall is quite easy.

3 stars is adequate, this is a brilliant shopping centre and I have been going there for years. However one day there was a particular surge of thugs and scum within the shopping centre, my friend and I ignored them until we were pulled in by security telling us to leave and accusing us as being with them (we were not) I explained we weren't, and they threatened to call police as well as physically touching us. One security couldn't speak English (maybe learn) and the other was very angry and actually sounded like he belonged with them. Left a complete stain on the shopping centre and would be very cautious near the security guards. They thought they were right they weren't and had no evidence. I was going to sue them for assault and defamation of character and forgot about it. too late now anyway the security are the real scum of this place!

This is a one stop shop for all our shopping needs, there is a Tesco, for groceries and a M&S that has amazing pre-mades, and the usual suspect's to satisfy and visitors needs

Built in the 1990s, Jervis Shopping Centre has proven a successful addition to city centre Dublin. It occupies the site of what was formerly the most central hospital in the city centre, which was incorporated into Beaumont Hospital in 1987. It houses a diverse array of shops and a decent size Tesco. There is a food court with reasonably good offer, Burger King, Kays(for the Irish breakfast and more) and more. M&S, Boots, JD, Next and Bershka are note able occupants. The centre offers excellent, well maintained toilet facilities and a decent, not overly expensive, car park. If shopping in the city I recommend it as a base to work from.

So handy that the luas stops right at the door although you need to mind your belongings. Lots of bag thieves. Plenty of shops and lovely decor this Christmas

The centre would normally be busy at this time of year and the standard would be good but with these difficult times there is no extra precautions in place to protect their customers. Would like to see some improvements on this.

Best place to roam around and lots of options for shopping as well and eating. One of the best place I have ever visited and never feel bored visiting again and again. I have shared some of the pictures taken during my tenure in Dublin. Shopping centre and during halloween festival

I took a quick visit to Dublin on the coach and it was mainly to visit The Teachers' Centre at Parnell Square. From there I took a lovely circular walk back to O'Connell Street and on the way I popped into the Jervis Centre. It was very enticing with it's Christmas lights and decorations but I was very sensible and told myself that I would come back after Christmas. Wasn't I the sensible girl or was I just a miser!! MB

Always a busy centre with good & varied shops. Tesco in basement is exceptionally well stocked. Ease with which one can enter M& S and Boots is welcome especially on a wet day. Centre is always spotlessly clean.

Best place for shopping if you're city center Dublin. Shopping centre covers wide range of stores like M&S, Tesco, Currys PC world, Argos, sports stores, Fashions and finally Don't miss Jervis Food Loft😋😋 🥞🦐🥙

The sales associates were wonderful and helpful. My problems are with the ableist security guards who threatened to kick me and my Autistic brother out of the bathrooms and didn't allow either of us to explain ourselves. Shopping can be hard for my brother due to his sensory issues and he needed to wash his hands somewhere quiet, like the baby changing. This guard only exemplified my brother's emotional distress and caused him to have a meltdown later that day. The city is very difficult to navigate already for him and this security guard made our day worse. It's a big city, and I will not be returning to this shopping centre anymore.

The shopping centre is just a busy and thankfully clean shopping centre. We went to see Santa in his grotto there and it was very nice, no queues, reasonably priced and the kids enjoyed it. Real beard santa and very nice with the kids

It's a shopping place in the city, full of shops selling stuff no one actually needs. Great if you like this, ghastly if you don't. Boots is probably the most useful thing in it, though it's full of women buying mountains of "products"! How much shampoo and creams does a person need 😀

I recently visited Jervis Shopping Centre and had a great shopping experience. The mall is conveniently located in the heart of Dublin, making it easily accessible by public transport or on foot. There's a wide variety of shops and stores to choose from, ranging from high-end fashion brands to affordable retailers and everything in between. The layout of the mall is easy to navigate, with clear signposting and a helpful information desk staffed by friendly and knowledgeable personnel. The mall is clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the numerous seating areas and restrooms throughout the complex. One of the highlights of my visit was the food court, which offered a great selection of international cuisine and fast food options. I especially enjoyed the freshly made sushi rolls and the hot and crispy fries from one of the many fast food outlets. Overall, I had a fantastic time shopping at Jervis Shopping Centre and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience in Dublin. Whether you're looking for the latest fashion trends, a quick bite to eat, or just a place to relax and people-watch, Jervis Shopping Centre has something for everyone. It is located in Abbey Street.

Jervis as a shopping centre is ok. Nice boots and superdrug.. My review is because a bad experience I had at the food court. I wrote a complaint but there was no follow up. Long story short, they don't allow you to eat food you bought in Jervis in the food court ( unless is from the restaurant), on top of that, they're not gonna ask you nicely not to eat there. Instead, somebody is gonna come up to you saying: you can't have that here! Even when the place is empty. So maybe put some more public spaces (benches, tables, etc...) ?

The right place for a coffee break or a snack. Keep in mind that you can even park your car at this shopping center - but be pacient because in the weekend this is a crowded place and with narrow parking lot

Nice shopping centre situated in Dublin City and is next to the luas line. Good selection of shops such as Vans, Bershka, Diesel, Dubai perfume store and many more. However. It is a fairly standard shopping centre you’d find anywhere else in Ireland.

A nice big shopping centre, opened 1996 with Debenhams, Marks & Spencer and Tesco being anchor stores, Debenhams closed in 2007, the Shopping Centre has a good few cafe's, restaurants, including, Rocket's, KFC, Kays Kitchen, which does a great breakfast for a cheap price, it also has a few shops including a Big New Look, a Large JD Sports, a Tesco and a Big Marks & Spencer, Also has a big car-park, a little better then Ilac, as its more clean and brighter.

A good assortment of stores on the mall. It’s always busy but for good reason. They have a good court area on the top level as well as a few really nice restaurants inside to sit down and enjoy a flavourful meal. The mall itself is very well managed. Security walking about and everything always looks clean and neat. They have public access bathrooms which is great. They are also well kept and with the volume of people moving in and out of here it is surprising always stocked and clean. They also have a Tesco inside which is great for grocery runs while shopping for clothes. Definitely a mall to pop into if your visiting or live in Dublin, as you can find lots of different things here.

Very accessible shopping mall, with a great variety of shops. Meticulously clean and very much up to date with the current regulations regarding Covid 19. Parking is available but like all such areas in Dublin shopping can be quite expensive depending on your stay. Nonetheless the mall is worth a visit

Only visited Marks and Spencer where I managed to get some new clothes. I like this shop because of its policy of sustainability. I also had an excellent lunch there. A lot of the normal high street shops available here and plenty of food outlets and possibly the cleanest public ladies bathrooms i have ever come across, the lady who was on duty ( Tuesday Morning ) loves her job and really takes pride in her work

My wife and I went Arnott’s in the Jervis shopping centre this afternoon to get some linen. We were served and helped by a very special lady by the name of Julie. She went out of this world to make sure that we got exactly what we were looking for. Her customer service, politeness and attitude was out of this world. We have not had a shopping experience like this in a long time. Julie even went as far to get a work colleague to help us get the shopping bags to the parking centre. I cannot thank Julie enough and thank you for making our day today. Arnott’s and their linen department come very highly recommended. Thank you.

A week ago, I bought a laptop in currys. I only opened it three times and it can't be used, and I can't turn on it.Today, I went to the currys store. Their attitude was very bad and they charged me 50 euros for the repair. Obviously, what I could easily see was the problem with my laptop. I shouldn't be to pay 50 euros. I am not happy with this way of handling. I think it's incredible. I can't use the computer after only a week of buying it. I don't think I can trust the quality of currys' products. Let me down very much. It's very unfair to me.

Got a great variety of shops and a pretty good food court. I feel like the layout is a bit poorly thought out and the bathrooms could do with a bit more cleaning (especially the coat hooks, although they weren't awful by any means, especially for the busy time i went at). They're strangely far of a walk from the main centre for some reason.

  • 3/5 Agent S. 1 year ago on Google
Location is the best. The vendors inside are a bit nuts. Especially the vape shop you buy a vapor doesn't work upon opening it not refund because they only the vendor and the don't deal with that. The pop up stands are quite aggressive as well.

Today 25.08.2022 my wife and me have been in the shopping centre looking for toilet to change our baby with special need diaper... The security that is on around lunch time upstairs saw us and came to ask are we ok for everything... We just said we just going to toilet... And he accompanied to the private toilet for my wife and baby to change nappies... Amazing security guy!

  • 4/5 binu v. 1 year ago on Google
One of the busiest shopping centres at the heart city centre. I'd consider it more of a food mall rather than a shopping mall. You have plenty of variety of stores. Pedestrian access is better compared to car access. It's expensive to park there as you'd expect this anywhere in the middle of city centre.

  • 4/5 Lee 1 year ago on Google
Quite small but a good range of shops. Tesco downstairs, so makes it a good stop for tourists to visit.... especially for us on our first day in Dublin, although lots of well known supermarkets, dotted around the city centre. There were places to eat, although did not use.

Great mall that has self-service lockers that range from small to large sizes at very affordable prices (see photo). The large locker comfortably fit two carry-on luggages and two backpacks inside. Best locker service we came across in Dublin since you can safely access your lockers anytime throughout the time period. This mall is situated near the centre of the city. The mall closes at 5-6pm but you can still access your lockers until 9pm upon speaking to security. Highly recommend this mall/locker spot for any travelers looking for luggage storage in the heart of Dublin!

If looking for a place to shop or spend some time, Jervis shopping centre is a good place. Much like a good American mall it has something for all ages. It is very easy to get between floors, and isn't a hike from one end to the other.

I rarely visit here. On this occasion I was on a visit to Tesco as it’s the only large one in the city Center. The Center itself is nicely laid out with a reasonable selection of shops inc Boots,Tesco,Curry’s amongst them, a few cafes/fast food outlets and some accessories shops.

There is a disgraceful lack of security in this shopping centre. Teenagers exhibiting antisocial behaviour run amok and are let off without even as much as a slap on the wrist. I'm not one to give one star reviews but I believe this time it's crucial for me to do so.

I lived in the city centre when this place opened and we referred to it as "going to England" as nearly all the shops were from UK chains. A lot of the shops I liked are gone now but the place is immaculately clean. It was once the King's Charitable Royal Infirmary although it was always called Jervis Street Hospital. The facade is intact but the hospital moved to Beaumont.

Avoid at all costs.. security are bullies and think they can do whatever they like. 1 animal man handled a woman and I took out my phone and was going to record him. Was in the center for 2 hours after that but when I got up to leave with my family I got assaulted by 3 security and then the main bully assaulted my partner.. more to follow with assault charges and claims against the jervis center and the security company and personally gonna sue the bully..
